The presumption would be that it was some kind of evil Kree disguised as a baby.

You don't have to edit it frame by frame. Video software works a lot like Photoshop, but applies across frames. Meaning you can crop, mask, cut, layer, and blend a selection, and have it apply across as many frames as you want, even as far as detecting pixels as they move so you don't have to re-mask a selection per-frame. You CAN rotoscope it that way and be more accurate, but it takes much longer.

What it looks like is that they basically just cropped out the lady holding the baby from the back, and then from the front, and pasted it over the original video where Larson punches someone, and didn't really have to do much grading or anything to get it to match.
