I'll start: there was a movie I saw in 2007 that was about a rich guy, politician or celebrity. Something happened involving him murdering a girl and the entire movie was about him getting investigated and the scandal/cover-up. The ending was a twist, but I can't remember what. I thought it was titled "The Truth" or "The Secret":or something like that, but nothing comes up. Please help.
john smoke crack and shoot your name added the tag is that ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok
Did it take place in the past?
I saw a scene from a horror movie when I was a kid that stuck with me.
It was a shot of a girl underwater, who looked limp and lifeless like she'd drowned. It was from the back, and she had long hair and a dress.
Then suddenly she starts moving and the hair parts and the back of her head reveals a large mouth with sharp teeth.
Not a movie but when I was a little kid I caught something on tv on a music channel, it was a crude black and white animation, black colors and white lines if my memory doesn't fail me
There was a character in a wheelchair and spinal cords hanging from somewhere, the wheelchair guy eats one and now he can walk
I'm not american and maybe this was something exclusive to my country but I've been searching for it for so long and never found it, I'm looking for it because I remember how it caught my attention as a kid, I remember wanting to find out what it was right then when I saw it but no luck
There was a guy that crawled into a giant vagina
It has russel Crowe and Ben Afleck right? I know what movie you’re talking anout, it’s called “State of Play”.
Something is telling me it had a 70s feel to it, but it was made in the 2000s. Not too sure about the time-period, though. A lot of the movie took place in the rich guy's mansion.
Just looked it up. This sounds EXTREMELY similar to the movie I'm thinking of, but it can't be it because I saw it in 2007. Thank you though, I'll probably give that one a watch.
What year was it?
Is it the life of David gale with Kevin spacey ?
Alright this was an animated movie. It was mostly this story about a group of toys.
it was around the early to mid 2000s, but I looked up the channel where I saw it and I think it could've been a commercial bumper from said music channel, which is now extinct and there's barely anything on youtube, which sucks because that means I'll never see it again, even if it was just seconds long
but if you know about it let me know
I saw this in a movie about a bus that had to speed around the city, keeping its speed over fifty, and if its speed dropped, it would explode! I think it was called “The Bus That Couldn’t Slow Down.”
Sounds like a bunch of scenes from Cabin in the Woods got mixed up in your head, zoomer. Either that or you saw some obscure shit.
It could be Arbitrage, with Gerard Gere
Velocity starring Julia Roberts and Will Smith
Nah, has to be from 2007 or earlier.
Speed, starring Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock
I once saw this movie about a kid that lived in the desert. His family gets killed by an army dressed in white armor or some shit, and he goes with a wizard to fight them. I think he destroyed their giant laser with a spaceship at the end. It was pretty good. Anyone know what I am talking about?
Star Trek: Nemesis
Harry Potter and the Desert Drama
Shits good.
Okay so this kid buys a little pet thing and there are really specific rules like don’t feed it water or something. Eventually the kids negligence causes the pet to multiply and also turn into a monster.
It's WWI or earlier, a civilian in a tuxedo accidentally wanders into the combat. At first he's scared but then he grabs a rifle from a dead man and joins in. He's killed. There is a scene of 2 enemy soldiers walking past his corpse, and one says to he other "I didn't know they were even sending waiters to the front."
The Game
Assuming this isn't also bait, the movie is Gremlins
Plz help.
It was transformers but for household items. Like an alarm clock turned into a robot and the toaster turned into a robot. It’s was cool and I’ve been fucking dying to figure out what the name of this Kino is.
I saw the movie when I was a kid late 90’s early 2000’s.
A kid in a red sweater uses his bicycle to escape from some Chinese people. He meets an older guy and they go to his house which is now occupied by the same Chinese people. They beat the older guy up and take them to a military prison. I think it was set during WW2 or something
Dont reply to me again retard.
Could it be Empire of the Sun? I've only read the book but it sounds similar.
ok
No, sorry. If I remember correctly there was one guy who took the blame for said murder, only to have it revealed at the end that it was the famous guy who committed it.
That’s the same twist as life of David gale
This is a pretty old one probably way back in the 90s. But a young boy is riding on his bike when he comes across an extraterrestrial life form. The life form seems to only enjoy a certain type of candy I can’t seem to recall. The government has a great interest in this life form although the life form is friendly and unassuming. If I remember correctly alien flies off on a bike at the end
Are we supposed to post real stuff or just shitpost with bait?
It's a horror movie from the 2000s, not sure if it was in theaters or not. A woman waked up in a decrepit hospital, she seems to be the only patient. There is a crazy doctor who is keeping her sedated as he performs fucked up surgeries on her. She tries to escape and makes her way through the horrific mess of an abandoned hospital. It was pretty brutal. I think it was called something like "Stitches" but nothing comes up.
Alf
Yeah it sounds like it would be similar, but the movie I'm talking about was released before that. I think it covers a long timespan, starting with the guy being young and ending with him as an old man.
It was more of an action movie. Nice find tho, still on the hunt
There was a low budget flight movie. One of the female flight attendants had a spider go up her skirt, and then kill her from the inside. Lots of softcore moments. It was also VERY low budget. It had a pulpy vibe to it.
Air Force One starring Harrison Ford
Flying purple people eater?
Martyrs?
A french movie. Two characters have a sword fight with fluorescent lights like they're lightsabers. I've asked before, but have forgotten again.
star wars
Who the fuck would forget that?
Nope, seen that. Good movie.
There's a man riding a motorcycle in a stadium, live action aka it's not Akira.
Boy Gloryhole
Escape from LA?
Mac and Me
some movie with devitto where magical stuff hapens and theres a car accident?
I remember watching a movie where the profagonist gets killed by his former lovers for being a misogenist so he gets sent back to earth as a hot chick to redeem himself a being able to go to heaven
It's gotta be this, I don't think it's since it came out too late.
Looking for this movie possibly French, about a woman who comes home to find her husband missing. She starts to panic after a while and calls the cops, friends, and others but no one seems to take her seriously. It’s reveales she’s having an affair with some guy and he also comes into the apartment. In the end it’s revealed that the husband was just hiding in the walls, to see what should do in that situation.
Matilda?
Matilda
A movie from the 80s or 90s about a dude who accidentally kills a mafia guy or something and has to go on the run because all these criminals are trying to kill him in retaliation. The final scene takes place in a greyhound racing track and the main character kills the big bad guy by luring him into the path of the mechanical rabbit that speeds around the track on a rail to make the dogs chase it.
There's this scene I saw flipping channels at my grandma's house as a child and I felt weird cuz I got a boner. Anyway the scene is an old white guy in a hot tub at night with some hot chick. I think they're drinking wine and then she starts sucking on his fingers until she bites them off. A vampire movie or something?
Switch starring Ellen Barkin.
Mars Attacks
>some white kids go and meet these little niggers that have been following them for quite some time
>the white kids are fucking scared
>they go into a restaurant or some shit
>the lil niggers wait for them
>they finally decide to get out and the lil negroes trick them into following them into an abandoned place
>they scare them and rob their stuff in a painfully slow and tedious process via wasting their time
I forgot the rest but I fucking hated it for how frustrating it was to watch that shit, I think in the end one of the fathers finds one of the niglets and tell him off but some retarded ladies intervene and defend the little shit.
erotic movie where i think the private teacher woman has sex with the husband, the wife, and even the kid
theres a sex scene on a pool table
Was it animated?
Any other detail you remember?
Can anyone help me with this one?
It was like Toy Story but it was live action and about a race war.
Toy Story
A short film.
Car1, driven by a lady, is traveling along an isolated road in the dark when car2, driven by a guy, approaches from behind tailgating, flashing headlights, sounding horn, trying to get passed, but car1 is having none of it. The viewer is lead to believe that the guy in car2 is just some nutcase terorrising the woman in car1 but it's later revealed that he has his pregnant wife in the car with him and she's in labour, so he's trying to get to hospital.
When he gets an opportunity to pass he tries but the lady in car1 side swipes him into a tree and he crashes and they presumably die.
Here goes nothing: in the film's setting, people stop aging at certain point in their lives and use their remaining years/youngness as a form of payment. That's all I can remember, hope it's good.
A woman scorned
In time
No
What the fuck, it's literally the first result when googling "movie about people using time as money".
In Time
>hope it's good.
It's not
You might've posted this unironically but I've met quite a lot of zoomers who make questions as stupid if not more.
Little Shop of Horrors
Only remember the ending. This guy dies in a cabin and it’s revealed that there’s a ton of shekels under the floor.
french comedy about a time travelling knight who acts like an idiot in modern times, or maybe it was the other way around, I have very vague memories of seeing it as a child
Austrian loses his memory. I don't know if I've really seen this movie or not though.
Thanks, anons. Sorry for big dumdum peepoo brain
In Time
>hope it's good
The premise is fantastic, but it's just a dumb action/chase movie

This movie has been haunting me for like three years, it may have been a dream but I really don't think so.
I think it might have been a short film but I'm not entirely sure on that.
The film was a bout a singer or actress type woman (definitely a famous person in the movie realm) who suddenly had something wrong with her. She locked herself in her fancy apartment (I remember it being very upscale and white colored) while her manager came by knocking looking for her, but she never opened the door. At some point in the film she gave birth to this deformity plant baby. Looked in my mind like a fucked fetus/radish little thing, kinda like the baby from Eraserhead but much more flora like. She didn't kill the entity but instead left it there in the tub where she gave birth (I think). It ends up crying really loudly and annoying her to the point of extremity. I think she may or may not have ended up trying to eat it near the end too.
If I remember correctly this movie is post 2010. It looked very nice, like not super amateur.
Any help would be appreciated.
Okay, I saw this one on TV late at night back when I was a kid and I was half asleep through most of it. It's about this guy and girl (I think they're going to a dance or a party) and the guy gets lost in the middle of some shitty city like Chicago or LA. I think there's a scene where he finds out that the compass on his car is broken, so they've been going in the wrong direction for hours. The whole movie is them trying to get out of seedier and seedier situations all night long.
Small Soldiers.
this one where there were snakes on this motherfucking plane
its a movie in which the protagonist is a girl who writes a diary about her friends. one day her friends found out the diary and started to read it. one of her notes is about how one of her friends was poor and how strange was the fact that one of them wore purple socks. i remember the guy who wears purple socks try to hide them in shame
Run (1991) starring Patrick Dempsey
It was a sci-fi film, there was some space battles but a lot of political talk. There was a grey skinned alien as one of the leads with a sort of spoon like ridge on his forehead. He had to bridge his differences with one of the humans, I think the guy was in Boogie Nights. I think it had Brad Pitt or Matt Damon I can't remember, I tried looking in their imdb but couldn't find it, maybe I've missed something.
If anyone remembers please help.
What Dreams May Come.
it starts with a girl who thinks a war is going on. she goes to a witches house where she sees magical shit happen and a blond nordic man singing and working in the yard. the witch was sleeping and she wakes her up somehow. i think it may have had a pig in it.
This arthouse film about a maid i believe the only notable descriptor I can provide is a scene were you're subjected to a flurry of monarch butterflies swarming onto the screen for several minutes.
Thank you user that was it
Babe
Not a cabin, but, Shallow Grave?
no
My memory is real foggy on this one but When Randle Patrick McMurphy (Jack Nicholson) gets transferred for evaluation from a prison farm to a mental institution, he assumes it will be a less restrictive environment. But the martinet Nurse Ratched (Louise Fletcher) runs the psychiatric ward with an iron fist, keeping her patients cowed through abuse, medication and sessions of electroconvulsive therapy. The battle of wills between the rebellious McMurphy and the inflexible Ratched soon affects all the ward's patients.
I think it was Mexican definitely in Spanish. There was this kid that is dragged into a brothel because it's time to become a man. He also works for some milf that is fucking him on the side. There is another kid with rabies he gets shot.
late 80s modern remake of the frankenstein story set in a post apocolyose future
and theres a song with the lyrics
"thats what u wanted, thats what u get"
repeating over and over to industrial synth pre-house music
i saw it in the theater like in 1989
One Flew Over the Cuckold's Nest.
KILL YOURSELF
The book was better.
Hardware. Damn that song is catchy.
The director of that is making a lovecraft film with Nicholas Cage.
What a useful post.
Needs a reply. Sounds right to me.
Either Dagon or The House on Haunted Hill.
90\2000 movie. Guy gets invited to a chick's house or the other way around with the hope to get laid. Friend of girl comes to visit and stop this by fucking the guy instead? Lesson is you should only fuck a girl you like or something.
When i was a kid there's this scene with a darkened room and maybe an industrial warehouse? It was red/dark lighting as the setting. There were organic "drop" sacs/pouches that were translucent with maybe green colours? There were multiple ones hanging from the ceiling and you know there is life because of the silhouettes in them.
Someones got to know
Don't want to start a new thread so can anyone do the same but for a song? It's a slow electronic song with a male singer. It's hard to make out what he's saying but some of the lyrics sound like
>chilling? with this whiskey sour
>myyyyyy surrenderrrr, my calamity
long shot i know
This sounds very similar to a scene in "the unborn", but the girl with the chomping head isn't underwater.
you are an awesome motherfucker
shits plagued me for decades
Not movie, but a series of animation shorts from childhood. This series would take famous fairytales and reimagine them in a new setting. Feel like there were a few Brothers Grimm ones. The only one I can remember is sleeping beauty but as a sci-fi tale and instead of sleeping in a castle she is cryogenically frozen on some distant empty planet.
OK, this is for spanish kino aficionados only.
It's spanish movie from he 80s/early 90s. It was about a semi-abandoned rural town with a lot of old people, but everyone called it London and I think it was supposed to be the London from some post-apocalyptic future.
The movie was like a documentary, with a lot of interviews with the characters whwre they talked about their daily lives.
It was a generic stoner road trip comedy type of movie, the climax happened in some bar. Don't think it got a theatrical release, watched it with some friends on Netflix in 2011/2012.
Some journalist/writer meets up with mysterious guy who smokes GPCs, there's a recurring mention of that specific brand of cigarette.
There's also a gambling russian roulette scene.
a guy gets tied to a bed by a woman in a hotel suite and something happens and the hotel falls apart.. there is a pool involved in some way too
i think the scene sparked my bondage fetish
This movie has a guy who kills zombies. He goes back in time to medieval period where he fights off an army of skeletons...
This is like a late 80s early 90s movie
obviously Army of Darkness
some cops in nazi period found a skinned man floating in a pool
My girlfriend talks about this movie all the fucking time, said she saw it when she was younger with her dad, but that he doesn't remember it at all.
>looks vaguely european
>boy tells his mother that he loves her and that he's gonna marry her when he grows up
>mom dies
>dad is sick
>the boy is taking care of his father and is also a serial killer
>he begins to date a girl he's sort of interested in
>still killing people and stuff
>the guy dies for some reason
>i think he drowns
>he thinks back to the time he told his mom he was gonna marry her
The movie was about him taking care of the dad, allegedly.
YES
Secret Window?
No thats 2004 and the movie doesnt line up with anons plot quite right.
Sounds like Gone Girl, but definitely not 2007.
Help me out boys, it's been years and I still did not find this.
I was about 10 so 14 years ago. I remember a guy walking in snow (might be desert but im pretty sure it was snow) and he finds what he thinks (?) is a crying child when instead is some kind of screaming killer-robot. It's quite hard to explain since I did not see much and i was probably half asleep.
About 15 or so years ago i saw a movie on television that was about a murder videogame. A group of college kids were following orders from what looks like a posessed browser game that they carry out in real life. The ending plot twist was that the protag was the son of the devil who used that game to teach him evil, with him rejecting the devil in the end making the devil dissapear and having him arrested by the police. I believe murders were involved, but i'm not sure anymore.
an old black and white film, can't remember if it was in english or not
there's this group of traveling people, can't remember if they were gypsies or circus performers, anyway, a charming young businessman type guy shows up and seduces the boss-guy's girlfriend by locking her in a room and refusing to let her out until she "pays" for a necklace that he gave her
boss guy challenges him to a fight and gets his ass kicked
final shot of the film is the guy's face as he and the other gypsies/circus guys move to the next location
Screamers, maybe?
An American documentary that was released either in the 90's or 2000's about a guy and his team of activists who would dress up as construction workers and then paste their own satire works over advertising billboards. Because they dressed as workers and did it in daylight people would just assume they were putting up a new ad.
Some of the films about the Yes men?
Not a movie, but an episode of Ed, Edd, n Eddy. All I remember was a big circular library at the end, and I think some eccentric librarian. I think it may have been a reference to an actual film.
Actually I take it back, I do have a film. I think there was some magical library that transported you into books or something. It starred some kid who found the library, and I think there was a librarian there, too (for some reason I feel like the movie and thd episode of Ed, Edd, n Eddy are somehow connected, but I can't place how). I think the name of the film was like two words combined into one, and had something to do with libraries and maybe had "key" in there somewhere.
I remember watching this thriller which I think it was german late at night on SBS. I cant remember much of the plot except the main character had to film herself doing a striptease to get someones attention. I dont care too much for the film, but i do want to fap to this scene again
there’s a bunch of money hidden under a castle/mansion but the hill/mountain it’s on is inhabited by monsters that eat humans and one of the guys ends up dying trying to grab the cash because he’s so greedy. near the beginning of the movie a monster grabs a crib through a grate using a coat hanger and eats the baby. for some reason i’ve always remembered the monsters as looking like the crypt keeper but that could be wrong.
rented it in probably ‘94-95 and have never been able to find it again. i’ve been trying to google it since google was invented.
Definitely in the same vane as Yes Men but I don't think so. I have seen The Yes Men Save the World, have they made many others?
From what I remember the type of things this crew would put up weren't necessarily protesting against companies, though they probably had a few that were.
The only billboard I remember was a close up of Christ on the cross with the words "Let's get drunk and kill Jesus" which they put up in a poor, black neighbourhood.
Too bad you fuckers can't give better descriptions.
Alright I just figured out the film is The Pagemaster, but I still have no idea what episode of Ed, Edd, Eddy that is. I still feel some weird connection to it, and I'm unsure how much of it was an actual episode and how much my memories have twisted it.
Rented this late 90s or early 00s. Only thing i remember was that there were sharks, but they had grown LEGS and were hunting people on some island.
Dystpoian world,
People have harddrives in their head and one guy has the cure for one disease uploaded in his brain so he cant remember anything.
Some guy who has a weapon that has this laser thumb that can slice people.
>Screamers
oh shit that's it thank you bro!
Me with ur mum last night, hidden camera
What more do you need?
Johnny Mnemonic
There’s this guy with special powers and he solves crime. Can’t remember the name of it.
Really weird short film from a few years back by a big director. There’s this government agent trying to transport some doctor in a plane, but a guy in a mask sneaks on the plane and crashes it. The writing was fucking terrible and the government agent’s actor was absolute shit but I always had a weird fascination with it.
The movie starts were baby was born and the doctor telling them that he only gonna live for 30s that kid has dreams to go to space but he’s weak so he tried to be someone else
Don't know if it was a film or some weird tv show but I vividly remember a scene where a woman tries to shoot some gasoline out of a gas station pump at some ghosts or demons.
I saw that when I was around 4 or 5 in the late 90s.
Holy shit I remember renting this movie too. Would like to know the answer as well.
Gattaca
Brainscan?
Mid 80s movie where vehicles and electric appliances come to life and kill people.
Maximum Overdrive
It's called Batteries Not Included.
Where is this from?
Just googled it. You're amazing m8.
Thank you for the attempt, but from wiki and imdb summaries that movie seems to be missing the satanic component.
I also forgot to mention that the protag isn't the only one playing, his friends are into it too.
A rich family of three get in accident only the father and son survived the father was carrying some kind weird mask
Mix of Horror and possibly Comedy. Pre-1996. Something about vampires or vampire like creatures in (then) modern times in a big city (possibly NY). One scene that I remember is character A coming home and seeing character B in a recliner watching TV and tells him that he is going to check a shower. After forever character B goes to check on character A and sees him with a bloody neck and bite marks in the shower knocked out/dead.
Picture unrelated
My memories not the best, but I distinctly remember a scene at the end of this one movie where some guy is hanging off the edge of this big knife thing, and then some other dude is running along the blade of the knife. Some 80s action flick I think?
directed by martin Scorsese it's called I don't remember
A black guy in a duster drugs an IT worker and he joins a terrorist organisation with people eating bad pudding.
Girl draws a circle around herself in the sand to be safe from evil ?banksia? men
that one where that guy does that thing
Well, you already narrowed it down to having a male character
I only remember the end.
It's a house on a huge cliff and at the end some metallic curtains close the windows but two characters manage to escape but get stuck on the edge of the window with no way to escape because of the cliff.
I think it's a horror movie from the end of the 90s of early 00s
Les visiteurs, a classic.
thank you
I would fund it
...
Gang of black cowboys(save for one white guy in the group who is rather crazy and skinny looking) escape the law, eventually reach a town populatede almost exclusively by KKK members and half of the team gets fucking killed.
There is a cowardly one,one that shoots people up with a shotgun at the beginning and dies, and one that for some reason always has some sort of clock and wears fancy clothes
the one with the really bad shirts
it was an independent movie loosely based on that texas tower shooting
ok so this movie from the mid to late 1990's is about some guys who wear suits and dark sunglasses, the title of the movie is a nod to the color of the suits and the men that wear them. one of the two main guys is a black guy and the other is white. HINT the black guy is currently starring in a movie where he is not black but blue.
Men In Black.....but you already knew that.
Not western movie, but Asian. I watched it back then in 2003 or 2004? I don't remember when exactly, but it's definitely before 2006. My cousin rented the dvd. Idk if its Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean or Japanese. I was 8 or 9 so all Gooks looked same to me anyway. The story is about female police officer who caught this guy (turns out it was wrong person), handcuffed him to her hand, but accidentally lost the key. It was romance and drama, they fell in love later, but then the guy died from cancer or something like that. Seriously I can't remember anything else but I think in the end she met another man who looked alike his dead bf.
Not the user you're replying to but that sounds funny. Is it any good?
are you talking about windstruck?
Yeah, that's it! I didn't even know the title back then. You're so based user, God bless you. I've been looking this for years.
Not him but just saw it and thats definitely it, good movie, one of spielbergs best, kinda crazy watching young Christian bale too.
alien resurrection
Gothika maybe
Bump for hope
sounds kinda like Quick Change but dont think it is, Quick Change might be a parody of it though.
this kids' movie from the late 90s that was advertised at burger king. it featured a ton of fighting toys. i didn't see the movie, i just remember wanting to.
This one?
I remember watching a movie about midgets and a wizard fighting a dark (magic) lord and his hords of black people.
okay heres a tough one, pretty sure it was a 90s movie mayybe 80s. I only saw most of it in fast forward, cus It was rated r and my mom wouldnt let me watch it with her but I snuck up in the middle of the night and checked it for the nude scenes. think I only remember some tits briefly shown. What sticks out is a scene with a bucket full of blood with blood dripping in it from I think a lamb sacrifice at a church, I think I remember seeing nuns too. Think it was a murder mystery detective type but cant be sure.
damn, good job
sounds like The Game to me, but that's from 1997
still, i think that's it
Animated movie I saw as a kid. All I remember really is that it was somewhat dark and spooky. A scene involving someone peeking through a hole on a wall or on the ground of some room in a castle? Also there might have been a dragon or a demon looking monster. I remember that monster or whatever appearing at the top of the castle or something.
Very vague I know.
It was a late 80s/ early 90s Ninja Action movie. I remember renting it as a kid.
The opening scene is a blonde Asian chick having a shower and she then gets fucked.
Want to say there was multiple different Ninjas and they wore different color outfits.
Was it Western animation?
Maybe The Last Unicorn or The Black Cauldron?
After Hours
what the fuck kind of shit movie is that?
I remember seeing this as an 80s kid so it's probably a late 70s movie.
All I remember is that it was about sailors on old wooden ships around the time of the British Empire. The crew is caught and put in a huge net made out of rope and slowly lowered into boiling water as the captain of the ship is forced to watch.
It was a horror movie. A group of people was maybe stranded at some truck stop and there was some kind of person or thing with chainsaw or rotor blades for hands killing them. It's very faint but that's all I remember. Its not Texas chainsaw massacre and I'm not quite sure if it was actually a person or some kind of demon/ monster that was doing the killing.
Horror movie. A group of people get locked up in on some sort of a complex as a challenge (I think?). Turns out it was a psychiatric hospital where they performed some fucked up experiments on the patients/inmates. One experiment I remember involved keeping people underwater for some reason. In the end only one guy and one girl make it out alive.
Thank god, maybe one of you faggots have heard this.
Animated movie. Kids turn into fish. Some shit happens, happy songs, probably sharks.
There was a curse in the movie, and the kids spend the movie trying to undo it.
main kid, and leader, makes a sacrifice I think. And the family, where white. Like PEFECTLY WHITE. Proper american family. Hot mom. And dad looked like perfect american mustache Freddie Mercury style.
They were on beach, looking for kids who turned into fish.
Now I think at the end of the movie, the kids were turning to kids again. And the AUNT of the family, reminds me of Ursula from The Little Mermaid, is a fat bitch.
We'll get to her, shes important.
So I THINK I REMEMBER NOW. AN OCTOPUS WAS THE VILLAIN. and he needed to drink the human potion.
human potion was needed to turn the kids back to human. (I think the kids drank the fish potion)
and then the octupus drinks it, because his whole intention is to become smarter. kinda noble. As he drinks, he slowly morphs into a human. Turning into some fish-human hybrid.
he starts quoting einstein or some philosophical shit.
Anyway, the main kid eggs him on. 'OKAY, DRINK IT THEN!' and he keeps drinking, and becomes smarter and smarter, nothing he ever imagined,as he gains conciousness.
He gets cocky, and says you'll NEVER defeat me now BOY!
Boy switches it up on him, says 'If your human, you cant breath underwater'
Octupus realised this, and begins drowning. He chokes and sinks at the bottom of an abyss.
Kids escape, and I think the parents KNOW that the kids became fish. So each drink the potion, and return to their beautiful white families,
and the FAT bitch comes, clumsy bitch acted clumsy and obese the whole movie.
She steps back, and SQUISH.
'oh' she goes.
kids stare in horror, because they just killed MC. Honestly WTF!
So they get sad for like 2 minutes. Which was fuckin horrid. The fat bitch aunt just killed her nephew. If I remember, the sexy freddie mercury dad and hot mom....
Identity? I don't remember that killer though. Maybe Vacancy?
Please help me find this horror movie, saw it like twelve years ago:
A family (Parents and a daughter) move into a new house in Iceland (I want to say it's Iceland, but may be another Norse country). Mom and daughter start seeing some weird shit, like a parallel dimension, ghosts of long passed inhabitants of the house, etc. They want to swap places with the living or something.
Part I remember best is the ending - daughter escapes to a real world, and meets the father. He hugs her and tells it's all right. Mom screams to them from behind the window, but quickly realises that she's still trapped, and they can't hear her. They seemingly give no fuck that she's absent, and she turns back, understanding that she's now trapped in this dimension forever.
^^^^^^^ran out of text
so the fat bitch wasnt actually a bitch. just a fat cow.
shes feeling sad, such a fuckin twisted horrific end, as the kids see the mangled fish
turns out, MC kid was still in some pool nearby and took the potion after he defeated octopus. and comes out, and the familys celebrate their whiteness and happy ending.
some more facts:
- the girl or loli of the movie became a starfish
- i think the fat bitch, was the mom of one of the kids, who is also fat
- might've not been octopus
- the fish enemy might've already been half human slightly during the movie, and THUS coveted to be MORE human, and so had conflict with the kids who want to return to being human.
- song was some really happy shit
POPaganda: The Art and Crimes of Ron English? Full film is on Youtube.
The Milgram Experiment
Sounds somewhat similar but I don't think that's it
Sounds exactly like the mini series "Creature" based on the Peter Brenchley novel. Hope I've helped.
Could be The Ghost Writer 2010
Nigga, I got you.
Starring Alan Rickman.
Forgot the wiki.
Okay I'm really thinking of one specific scene, really one specific line of dialogue from a movie and/or tv show that i KNOW i have seen
It's basically a guy (i think the main villain) watching a fight or something between one of his main henchmen and one of the heroes...the dialogue goes like this
Main Villain: "Crush him."
Henchman: "IT'LL BE A PLEASURE!"
and thats it...i swear im not making this up but its driving me crazy trying to remember where it came from
Murder by numbers has Sandra bullock and Goslin fighting on the edge of a cliff, looks very fake fx
Its a good film very dark
Early 2000s comedy that on DVD and aired on Comedy Central where people were held up in a gas station by some amateur, goofy thieves. The hostages end up having sympathy for the retarded thieves and help them plot an escape from the cops sitting outside. Movie ends in scene where main character coincidentally finds himself in another hostage situation with the same thieves on a plane.
HOLY SHIT this movie was SO kino!
gonna have a /comfy/ sesh today, def watching. thanks user.
No problem user, enjoy!
I saw in 2000 a film that has a quiet young screenwriter dude trying to make it in LA. His roomate is a nerd who tries hanging out with him but is rejected. Then the nerd commits suicide.
Toy soldiers
Shit, it’s called Small Soldiers
>Held Up?
>youtube.com
Okay this will be hard because only remember it from a loooong time ago but this is what I remember
>tough guy main character wears leather, maybe a duster, tall blond or whitish hair slicked back
>think dolph lundgren trying to look like terminator but not dolph
>alien loose in a city
>kind of low budget but R-rated
>spooky alien
>guy tries to hunt alien in the city similar to predator 2 plot
>made in late 80s or first several years of the 90s
Ohhh shiiiit. Nice, man.
An alien lands on earth. Takes over the body of an indian with big breasts in america. Has a shower scene where she says 'I like feeling fresh down there' or something similar. There is a black cop/military man chasing them. I thought it was michael dorn but I've been through his filmography and don't recognise the film
Any helpful ideas?
Might be identity. It's been ages and I only really remember a few details. Thanks user.
Some film i saw when i was a kid. It was some kind of grim reaper standing on ship deck and guy asked something from it. This film might involve some kind of magician.
Not a movie but i vividly remember a weird ass claymation series about some talking cars and some shit and the evil cars live in some junkyard.
No matter how i've searched i can't for the life of me find it.
there was a british version of state of play
or could be Broken City with Mark Walhberg and Russel Crowe
A cock and a bull story

or Talk to her

A scene, it might be near the end of the movie, he wakes up in a hospital. I think there's a helpful robot that wheels around? And the boy escapes this future hospital. it looked like it was from the 70s but took place in the future
dont remember any robot but could be A boy and his dog (1976)?
2 movies
1st: low-budget sci-fi from the late 80s or early 90s. Alien who look (or possess) humans use some shitty sfx portal/energy "ship" to travel to earth. Looks like a colored ring and is some kind of black dimension void inside.
2: French movie. 90s (maybe). There's a gattering in a house. A party of sorts, with people dressed like for a gala. A guy faints and a woman unzip his pants and play with his flacid penis using her foot in front of everyone (you see the dick, but it's not a porn movie. A drama or a comedy, I'm not sure)
Killer Klowns from Outer Space
jej
was a scene outside in the yard, some roses or some shit started rotting, then some ppl were in the basement and this scary ass looking dude literally punched into another persons stomach, no blood or anything that i can recall, something supernatural about it. scared the shit out of me as a kid
I remember only few scenes from the movie, it's probably some low budget sci-fi movie nobody watched.
Some poeple are being chased by some aryan looking dude, imagine pic related, I believe he had solid white hair.
He chases them in some cave, later they they makeup or some shit, and the aryan dude lays on a rock bed and falls asleep, as he does that, he morphs in his true appearance of a humanoid alien, and then the entire cave starts to shake, and people run out, the cave turns out to be his alien ship if I remember correctly
There was this Indian movie I saw a while back with this scene, where this woman in a dress is interogating or something a man and there's a piece of thread sticking out and it gets caught in a fan and it slowly removes her dress and she doesn't notice as it's happening, shit was hot as fuck
Forgot to say it's pretty old, probably early 90'
Trancers 2?
Not leather though.
Split Second (really good Rutger Hauer movie, but not aliens)
Monolith (1993)?
>pink wojak
I'm not sure, but it could be Black Panther™.
Some 80’s euro movie where a guy gets obssesed with a doll head. I remember he glues it to a TV screen and faps to it.
House on haunted hill with jean grey, Liam neeson and the snl monkey guy
Not that guy but you actually helped me find the same movie I was looking for from this post, thanks
I watched this one when I was 10 or so. It was a ninja vampire movie, i think from Hong Kong maybe, where the vampire who is oriental but with face painted white, chases a bunch of kids and instead of walking, he jumps forward and then wiggles with his arms stretched to the front like in the mummy pose. Somebody help me.
It's a disaster movie, no idea who's in it, but all i remember is loads of people being trapped in a tunnel or underpass that gets flooded?
And maybe a rat tries to eat someone underwater?
I must have watched this on TV as a kid about 15 years ago and haven't seen it since, everyone i've spoken to about it has no idea what it is
bald guy fucks ET
Not sure if this was a movie or show. This guy gets his memory of his life erased and gets new memories. It's revealed he was in a relationship with a lady midget in his past life. He undergoes the same memory loss process at the end but then ops out.
Asian action/thriller film where two sisters are kidnapped by some woman that runs a fighting ring where women fight each other to the death. I feel like it's been at least 13 or 14 years since I watched it.
Daylight (1996)
Jiangshi are asian hopping vampires. A few movies have been made with them.
en.wikipedia.org
Once read about a movie in a magazine about a couple who get lost in the wilderness and have to escape a bunch of scary natural shit to get out. Looked like it was from the 70s or 80s, anyone know this?
dream sequence. a woman is trapped under a white skirt, as big as a parachute. some herons come and peck out her eyes
A blue guy, looks like out of the cast of CATS Broadway musical kind of, I think he is an alien, is in the woods or something at night with the male little boy companion. I think he is saying goodbye as he departs from earth in his spaceship. 1990s film.
It's a movie about some Greek think. A greek dude convinces a giant/monster/cyclops that his name is Nobody, and his greek dude hurts the gient in some way, the giant keeps crying to the Gods the Nobody hurt him. Also I think It might conain somo stopmotion, dont remember.
I remember some movie about two twin brothers who appeared to have the perfect life. Perfect parents, perfect house, etc. But then brother 2 finds out that brother 1 is a psychopath that had the ability to project illusions. Brother 1 had crippled their parents, so when brother 2 came home to and said hi to his parents, he was actually talking to people who were trapped in their own bodies, and didn't realize it. The house they lived in was actually dilapidated since nobody took care of it, it was only an illusion that the house was nice and clean.
Honestly I'm partially convinced this was a dream and the movie doesn't exist.
OJ Simpson, Murder, white woman
some rendition of Homer's Odyssey. The part where he meets the cyclops.
He said he simply saw it in 2007. Not that it came out then. I think it's The Game as well.
I have a similar one that's a music video on tv circa late 90s most likely or VERY early 2000s. It was some heavy music video on some cable music channel, possibly one of the MTVs but not the main one but MTV2 or something probably. I was really grainy and b/w or sepia toned like a silent film. It had a guy (naked?) with his back turned to the camera, on top of a bed facing a wall similar to the ending of the Blair Witch Project. He may or may not have had long hair or scars/blood/deformities. His face was in the wall's corners I believe. The music itself that accompanied the video was heavy rock music was harsh/extreme vocal screams (I think, but maybe not quite). It was definitely industrial sounding, not in the classic sense, but ala Marilyn Manson or something similar. Maybe similar to Rob Zombie.
It was NOT "The Ring" or "Begotten". It was a music video. It occurred late at night.
High Tension/Haute Tension?
I saw this movie in the 90s and I was fairly young. It's about kids with slingshots and they play in the woods. There are two "teams" and they battle each other. I don't remember much of what happens except one of the kids accidentally shoots a rabbit and they stop playing war to help make sure it is okay before resuming. I would love if someone could help me remember.
There was an animated film that was shown a couple of times on TV when I was growing up (late 80s / early 90s.) It started with a bunch of swans swimming down a river, and they get caught up and killed in a watermill. Later, there is a fight between a sorcerer and a normal guy, with the normal guy saying that logic is more powerful than magic.
Any help appreciated.
The night before staring Keanu reeves
Sawdust and Tinsel
A movie where a guy is undercover in some drug cartel or something
At the end, the big bust is at a wedding. some find out hes the rat and get angry - because they loved him. The rat himself expresses sadness at betraying who has become his friends
Targets
That's a whole Sub Genre almost, it could be Spooky Encounters or one of the Mr. Vampire movies.
Animated with big mechs and tall characters.
But the characters seemed less tall the second time I watched it.
Also it had a sort of high tech industrial setting.
That film that's way too dark and its about dying and coming back to life.
Boy, even daylight scenes are dark wtf
Close!! But it was a cartoon animated movie. Those robots reminded me of that robot apple toy “Johnny Appleseed”
>maybe it was the other way around
The black knight.
An epic plane scene with a bald man who is wearing a mask.
Room [some number] maybe, did it involve a man with a dead child and have him holding that burning child in a magic horror scene?
I think maybe it wasn't mechs the whole film but a bunch did March through a city at some point.
>sure it is okay before resuming.
Why not simply eat the rabbit.
A movie about a guy who damages some crime lords rug, also at some point his friend goes ballistic at the bowling alley and almost shoots the place up. The main character was referred to simply as "the dude" also the crime lords wife offers to blow the dude for money at one point.
Wristcutters: A Love Story?
The Big Lebowski in case you aren't baiting.
Thanks, that has to be it.
Fuck that's it, thanks.
JoJo's bizarre adventure. It's a tv show not a movie though.
There was this maybe 15-20 year old movie in which the main guys are young brother and sister and they get inheritance or something. Then some dude damages brakes of a car so the kids would die in an accident or stage up that it was an accident.
Sounds like "A Series of Unfortunate Events" though the movie is not that old.
It came out 2004, 16 years
It wasn't a comedy, it was some sort of drama. It may have even been pre 2000
A guy tried to suicide himself in the woods by turning on the car and gassing himself inside. Some kid notices this and unclogs the exhaust pipe or something and the guy gets pissed off.
It's a very old movie, maybe 70s or 60s, that takes place mostly inside of a train travelling in Europe. I remember the climax of the movie took place in the Netherlands where one of the terrorists, a woman, was thrown off the train and exploded.
Found it, it was The Glass House
The Client - 1994
Thanks!
Ooooh, I remember that one. Wasn't bad.
it's most likely one of those edgy industrial bands from the nineties, check out bands from that era and see if you find it, it has to be somewhere
It took me this long to reply because I thought I posted it but I didn't
