I wish they had been severely injured in these movies at some point, maybe even as much as snaking. It would have really given us something to give a shit about. Imagine if she had to fight those guards by herself and was severely injured. Then Kylo rescues her and gives her robotic limbs and a breathing apparatus or something. Then we get like a female boba fett with insane Jedi powers in the next film. Another missed opportunity.

Well it you look closely when Darth Vader chops Luke's hand off, you'll notice it leaves sparks, so probably the hand was a prostetic already(Propably lost it due to a farming accident in Tattoine), so it wasn't a big deal, he just got another one.

Lightsabers would realistically instantly cause 3rd degree burns that eliminate pain receptors in the area near the ovulsion (also not much mechanical tearing if at all) and the dull pain from neighboring receptors could be easily controlled through non-crazy analgesics. I think this scene maintains Kino throughout.
