>have no evidence, motive or any reason at all to believe guy did it
>"I just know he's our guy"
>take him to court anyway
>keep yelling at and accusing him in court
>he just confesses to everything out of the blue
Just another day for New York's Finest.
Have no evidence, motive or any reason at all to believe guy did it

Criminal Intent was the worst at this shit
>Goren gets the suspect alone
>makes crazy speech that triggers the suspect
>they confess to everything
>always something along the lines of "I HAD NO CHOICE, THEY MADE ME DO IT!" or some shit
>roll credits
god Law and Order is so fucking lazy
I miss Ice Cube memes
>guy gets falsely accused of a crime
>after already being arrested/charged before, he goes and actually commits that crime for real for no reason
>now the audience doesn't have to feel conflicted about the police
I always hate these cop shows because the cop characters almost always do some shit that is against procedure that any half assed lawyer could get the perp off on.
>episide begins with a girl getting date raped
>somehow ends with the SVU preventing a terrorist attack or a cult summoning Cthulhu
As long as the case starts with something SVU related, they didn’t mind going completely off the rails into ridiculous bullshit.
>or a cult summoning Cthulhu
that's_bulshit_but_I_believe_it.jpg
It would only be believable if it was set in the 80s or before, when cops could get away with a lot more shit and there weren't cameras everywhere
>random guy refuses to talk to the detectives, invoking his fifth amendment right to silence
>Sessler or whatever his name is threatens to arrest the guy for 24 hours and start a (false) rumor that the guy is a pedophile, if he doesn't talk
>I'm suppose to think this maniac abusing his power who threatens people and tramples all over their rights is a hero
Uhhhh
yes, cop drama set during times when the cops could rough up perps and were dirty as fuck are entertaining..but we all know how much more aware people are of that shit today.
A lot of episodes don't show the end of the trial, so maybe they all do get off.
nice get.
bit of a waste though
I'm pretty sure SVU did have a "BLM" episode last year where everyone was filming when one of the cast shot a black guy.
detective elliot "loose cannon" stabler is a madman and plays by his own rules
Hey blue shirt, where'd you get that blue shirt, blue shirt?
Please tell me that's a real episode. After the "save the tigers" and gamergate eps, I'd believe anything.
Did he really do it?
These shows are made to indoctrinate people into thinking the cops/prosectors are the good guys and can be relied on, instead of the dick sniffing faggots that everyone hated in high school.
well that was the point of criminal intent, everyone criminal was so smart they covered their tracks. So they had to Sherlock Holmes it and entrap the suspect anotherway
Fuck nypd and fuck all cops
This people become cops because they’re short, were bullied and want to carry a gun and badge
Fuck cops and the brain dead mutants that support them
t. negroids
Fucking checked
I just wish they got more creative with how they reached their "gotcha!" conclusion. It's always a confession, every single time. Compare that to Columbo which is similar, the criminals were always extremely careful and covered their tracks, but Columbo didn't have to give a crazy speech and make them lose their shit every time. Instead he tricked them into incriminating themselves or something else that was really clever. The way Criminal Intent did it was always formulaic and lazy
>that episode where Detective Stabler coaxed a pedo who was trying to get his life together into relapsing.
He would have been removed from the force if they did a proper investigation into the incident.
POLICE BRUTALITY? I HAVE A DAUGHTER YOU SICK BASTARD!
>Ice Cube
>The episode where they eat a buffet in front of a starving homeless kid to get her to talk
I'm no Lawoligist but I think it's illegal to do that
>svu episode
>rapist is identified because when he tried to rape one of the detectives, she saw he had a big mole on his dick
>next scene, the guy is being handcuffed, without any explanation as to how they id'd him from the suspects
these posters din do nuffin wrong
To be fair, the writers did try to treat that like an actual character flaw before they just gave up.
Didn't that episode have a nigger being eaten by a tiger or a pack of hyenas or something? Sexual assault cases are pretty wild in NYC
that was brilliant. whom ever decided to keep that in deserves a pat on the back.
The guy had already raped someone else fresh off prison, though.
Stabler still goofed providing the dude with a rape van.
This pretty much describes Castle.
Nobody of those bozos got fired simply for publicity reasons..
Also fuckn witnessed!
>cops are helpful
>i need them to protect me
pathetic and bootpilled
>it’s a stabler unloads his clip into a perps car with the hostage still in the trunk
>Internal Affairs officer
>Polices the Police
>Treated as the bad guy in every fucking episode he's in
The guy who makes sure the cops don't act like cowboys is treated like garbage. This conditions people into not thinking the police need oversight.
I loved Castle but mostly for the waifus, Stana Katic has amazing feet
cheese eating rat snitch
>memed and memepilled
absolutely seething.
can't cuck the tuck
>It's a "Stabler forces a manlet who's afraid of the dark into a lightless supply closet until he gives up the location of the victim" episode
Stabler barely even beat any perps, unlike based Sipowicz
>it's a Sipowicz shows his ass episode
But later on he has a romantic relationship with Benson
>tfw no Casey gf
>arrest a guy
>trial in one week
this always pissed me off the most
>episode where she rapes a male stripper
>recast her a few seasons later as Casey
anyone else remember that happening?
yes!
But juliani made NY better. Cleaned up all the trash and killed the homeless people.
Suspect:
Stabler: YOU SON OF A BITCH *throws a chair*
Does anyone else notice how black men are rarely arrested even though they commit half of NY sex crimes....strange.
They also jab christianity a lot even though there's hardly a christian person in NYC.
>OZ
>The Wire
Literally the same cast shuffled around. I couldn't look at Stabler and see him as a criminal
Same reason why in every security/alarm system commercial the perpetrator is always a white dude, they don't want to look racist
>early SVU
>Benson doesn't instantly believe rape accusations and is willing to let the evidence speak for itself
>later SVU
>Benson immediately believes rape accusations and questioning the accuser is a sin
Kek
>Crazy vampire lawyer ada with most career wins in-universe of all Law and order ada's
Nope white 6’3 man never have broke a law in my life and police always hassle
Me fuck them

GAMUR GURL
That was an actual epsiode. A guy gets falsely accused of rape and goes to prison. Gets released years later and lives with his accuser. Somehow, can't keep control of himself and kills her hot teenage daughter. Guy goes to prison again.
Another episode there was a string of men getting raped. finally catch the guy. turns out he was getting massively raped by nazis in prison. However, and weirdly, this time the rapist gets treatment instead of prison.
There are times SVU doesn't know what it's trying to do.
I like how the detectives bend the rules and act on assumption, yet a citizen breaking the law in the slightest fashion is grounds for arrest.
O Captain, My captain
how many shitty barbed wire tattoos do you have?
There's a difference between being raised christian and being Christian. NYC churches are empty and their secular policies dont reflect christianity at all.
I have to say that they fucking nailed it with this episode.
I have no tattoos no criminal record etc they will just harass you for looking at them the wrong way or not giving them preferable treatment
This said nothing about being raised Christian though.
that episode was embarrassing for everyone.
>6'3
well stop being a manlet
>It's a fucking white male is the suspect episode
Lmao that’s most LEOs are Manlets the need to compensate
How do you go from this...
>clip
To be fair, Benson has been kidnapped/raped like a dozen times at this point.
to this?
There's no way in telling even through those stats that who is a devout christian and who isnt. If NYC was really 74% christian, it wouldnt be a the secular shithole it is. Every where else where regions are 74% Christian, the policies and government is conservative. You going to tell me how christian LA is too?
I legitimately can't remember the last time a black guy was the suspect in a case or any for that matter.
You made up both of those endings because your brain is constantly trying to distort shit to fit your agenda. I've seen both of those episodes and that wasn't how they ended at all.
no that's just your projection.
Yeah even 6'5 is short. Manlet haha
>"It's real in the field, cause they bring the drama hard
>Guliani got New York looking like it's Amistad"
Good
>Yeah a NYC with low crime rates and filth everywhere is so boringgg reeee
Didn’t want to bring up that darkies are rapist and sub human did you?
No I live in a large city and bounce in a few bars and workout at the busiest gym the police trainers wear all their shit at the gym and struggle to bench 2plate and they come to the bars I work at get piss drunk, do coke and try to fight the bouncing staff and the regulars I notice they’re all 5’6- 5’9 there are some tall ones but for the most case they’re short and angry
i can see this thread turning to shit right before my eyes. it was going well too. pity
>You made up both of those endings because your brain is constantly trying to distort shit to fit your agenda. I've seen both of those episodes and that wasn't how they ended at all.
Please take the time to tell me how they ended.
>no cops are manlets
T. manlet
You're entering a "Pot and Kettle" situation with your argument.
>(((Dick Wolf)))
In 6’3 playa in this major city most aren’t above 6feet most cops are cops because of physical reasons or their inability to deal with social problems I don’t know why you defend them
Tallfags deserve to die yet we can only harass them! Very sad!
Your original statement wasn't a question of devoutness it was that there were no Christians.
Tell me, what policies in particular do you find anti-christian?
some of those lines were pretty cringe. Also they made the Anita character a programmer and not some shitty blogger. If Anita was a programmer and made games rather than scam her fanbase out of money to make shit vids, I would have more respect for her.
Well no because you can't argue with that really. It's a statistical fact. I think it's more of a cultural issue with them then a purely race issue though desu
Not when I watched and her character had turned.
I remember the episode where a teacher gets accused of rape and the episode ends right before the verdict is read, but Benson was already gungho for the accuser without question. She hadn't been raped of sexually-assaulted by then, from what I remember -- at least on the show. I forget her backstory.
>its a stabler beats up an abusive father and gets sent to the shrink where he starts crying about his dad trashing his diorama episode
It was a recent episode. Guy in college gets falsely accused of raping a girl (who is also related to one of the detectives) and gets expelled. But then while the trial is still going he just goes and rapes her for real so luckily the girl and the detective don't face any repercussions for ruining a guy's life.
why does she have it in for white males all the time
i think there was one. but then at the end they found out he was being framed by a white guy so it doesn't really count...i think he raped one but not both something like that
I was saying they're aren't any real christians.
What are some policies? Well late term abortion is one. Followed by liberal policies that chrisitians never vote for anywhere else.
Are you mad about this?
EVERY TIME
Cant make POC look bad bc RL is like that.
No I just disagree with your assertion.
what are you even saying
>It was a recent episode. Guy in college gets falsely accused of raping a girl (who is also related to one of the detectives) and gets expelled. But then while the trial is still going he just goes and rapes her for real so luckily the girl and the detective don't face any repercussions for ruining a guy's life.
Get the fuck outta here. That was the episode based on Brock turner case, wasn't?
Stabler hit the wall hard.
I like the ones where the guy was actually innocent but she still thinks he's a piece of shit and learns nothing. Just like real life.
why are /k/ autists so easily rustled
>I like the ones where the guy was actually innocent but she still thinks he's a piece of shit and learns nothing. Just like real life.
He learns nothing or she??
The whole point of that episode was that Benson was pro-victim and Stabler was pro-accused and neither were budging to the avalanche of reasonable doubt.
She. She just does it again later.
Do you want to be a cawp or do you want to appear to be a cawp?
>a single one-word greentext reply
>easily rustled
user...
Is that a gibbon hidden in a fake basketball?
There was an episode where the bad guy goes free but the victim or some random fucking shoots him on the court stairs lol.
>exec producer dick wolf
It hasn't even been five years since praising the cops get you called a bootlicker, but it turns out that all of Yea Forums doesn't actually give a fuck and decides to change its mind at the drop of a hat because it saw a picture of a cop smiling at an SJW. Cops are the weapons of the state.
Go home discord tranny
Ice T has no fucking chemistry with the new cast ever since Belcher left hes been phoning it in
Fuck nu-SVU
SVU: Porky's edition
reminded me of this
>episode revolves around personal dramas
>at the end of the episode they walk into the office and the boss tells them some guy made a full confession
waste of time to watch, it was like they just scribbled out an episode over a bottle of wine and then passed out without thinking of a way to wrap it up.
i was meant to post a scott and bailey pic
Ice-T has no chemistry with anybody because he's a secret weeb who tried hard to hide his power level instead of just being like Dong Lover.
Show sucks desu. Always has.
youtube.com
Show died when stapler left
>tfw you get levelled up
>'bout the only way you can execute a man without torturin' him is to tell him you forgive him. That's right. Tell him you forgive him, and you're gonna turn him loose, and then when you see a happy smile come over his face, you shoot him in the back of the head.
Two I remember are:
>dude goes on a killing spree during which he murders, like, twelve fucking people
>now it's about getting a hooker off the street
>girl is raped and killed
>now it's about contaminated hamburger meat
GO HOME GAMER GIRL
He thinks he's still in Oz
Are you saying you respect brianna Wu ? He's basically Anita but a programmer
>programmer
Wu couldn't code his way out of a wet bag. He hires naive feminists to code that shit and then doesn't pay them.

Is the L&O Universe the largest TV one?
Don't forget Munch was also in an episode of The X-Files so technically it's part of the same universe.
Is black medical lady really tall or is everyone else short?
*rolls up sleeves*
*threatens you*
They all did it. Ice T, Carisi, Barba and Rollins all played other characters before they got cast as regulars. Hell, Carisi was in the show three times as three different bit parts before he joined the team.
Lenny Briscoe was also a defence attorney before he was made a full cast member
kek
Stabler was more of a thug than a cop. He was like a thug working for the cops. Any intimidation/beating/shooting and he’s the first one there. The show died when he left.
Munch (the character, not the actor) was also in Sesame Street. Be careful how far down this rabbit hole you go
Does anyone watch Dick Wolf's Chicago shows?
Fire started out really comfy as fuck but has become stale and annoying. I like Med though.
I've never been a fan of these sorts of shows but The Wire definitely spoiled them all forever. All the probable cause and warrants and evidence gathering, instead of the guy just confessing because the cop said something.
Maybe at one point, but now it's just a lazy way of doing stories that feel character driven.
They can have the same few stale characters every episode that 'investigate' something, allowing the writers to feature some different actor brought in for a guest appearance, have the character's story told, have the recurring characters interact with them in their usual ways, and just move on to the next episode without anything really changing.
It's hard to come up with many setups similar to the procedural cop show that allow you do these completely different stories every single episode. House was a little unique by featuring a doctor instead, but they still couldn't help but involve some investigating like they do in cop shows by sending doctors to break into people's houses.
So how did SVU live past the original law and order and the other spin offs
It's a vehicle for Dick Wolf and Mariska Hargitay to live out their liberal fantasies of a world made right. Where the anti-LGBTQIA+ people all get what they deserve, where TRUMP is a universally reviled villain that they can single handedly stop - you might think I'm being /pol/ here, but they had a recent episode where she arrests a TSA agent and charges him with kidnapping because he arrested a migrant who had crossed the border illegally.
And it keeps getting renewed because everyone involved is invested in them getting that longest running drama title that original L&O just missed out on
Vincent D'Nofrio was the best character after Stabler.
Whenever they want to go find an informant it's always some black guy on the street that either they arrested before for something or they know is currently dealing drugs or selling stolen goods or something but they promise to overlook it for information.
Chicago Fire is weirdly pro-Christian considering it's made by the same guy.
>The one that ends with The feminist author murdering the uber-chad that travels the world impregnating 50 or so women because he believes his seed is superior.
>that ep about a 25-year-old woman pretending to be a teenager and fucking other teenagers
>the parents of the teenagers decide to press charges
>Benson: wtf you cant do that she's a victim!
man, I don't know how often Olivia got "almost raped" in the show, must have been at least 5 times or so, but she somehow was always saved before anything could happen
then she goes to actual rape victims and tells them she knows excatly what they feel because she went through the same thing
what an absolute cunt
Why are people unaware that this show is a deconstruction/satire?
my favourite episode was the other way around
>starts with a small kid being found in a park holding a gun
>somehow leads to foiling a terrorist group to blow up New York
>ends with them busting a child pornography ring
all in 40 minutes, what a bunch of madlads
Nope that’s just the modern Christian. It was a desert kike cult from the start we should have seen this end.
Goddamn she still got it
Oh fuck I remember that one
It pisses me off when they do this
The point of Law and Order is it shows both sides
It was a great combo, but then they just had to focus on made up police bullshit to compete.
He was and remains the only rightful leader of Yea Forums's government
Fire is a lot better since Gabby left
that character ruined the whole show for 3 seasons
>writing a story about the obvious suspects
boring.
>its a "Stabler is a bad dad" episode
Castle was offensive but It was fun till S4
>yfw he ends up banging Olivia
>yfw she ends it with him because she'd rather stay miserable at SVU
He was a good lad in the end
>Its a "Sipowicz is a racist" episode
Kino. That episode when he said a black guy was acting his colour was amazing
>Chicago Fire
Unwatchable for me because of how dramatic it is. Basically a soapie
>Chicago Med
Surprisingly good. Best medical drama on television imo
>Chaicago PD
Based. Voight is the best tv cop and post S3 the show has gotten really dark for a network show
SVU has always been shit. Normal Law and Order was the go. At least the Lenny years. They were just about the investigation and court procedures, not your social justice and women's feelings.
I could almost deal with the bad SJW ripped from the headlines episodes, but the episodes that are just entirely about Olivia's angsty home life are awful.
>Goren gets the suspect alone
>makes crazy speech that triggers the suspect
>they confess to everything
Not always
it is made for women and women love simple and retarded plots
watched a few episodes of med and pd and was put off by the leftist propaganda
