>Scott had wanted the Alien to bite off Ripley's head and then make the final log entry in her voice, but the producers vetoed this idea as they believed the Alien should die at the end of the film.[51]
Times when the studio were right

Times when the studio were right
that would have made the alien more interesting
What was Jonsey's cut of the bonus situation?
I'm glad they changed it but I always liked the idea in some way. Extremely creepy.
>tfw you realize Jonesy was behind it all along to get a bigger cut
I don't see why they don't just remake the film and bill it as a separate flight or some shit
same universe, same timeline, different actors with different results
What's so interesting about it?
KITTIES
I LOVE CATS
POST MORE MOVIES WITH CATS IN THEM
That would have been kino but it also would make me wonder why the Aliens hadn’t done anything like that beforehand.
Honestly after an entire movie of it being silent other than for screeches having it talk like sigourney all of a sudden would be stupid as fuck
I’m glad you asked
exactly. it's so boring as is that even this goofy idea that it learns her voice makes a big difference
The Thing (2011) sucked.
Sadly yes :(
Little Shop of Horrors
Alien reboot when?
Make an Film based around the Colonial marines, make it a cinematic universe, and churn out films.
Target high schoolers as your audience, because at this point that’s advrage maturity level of adults this day and age.
tfw no hair kino gf
There are a whole series of DC books with this theme. I bought them in bulk to my wife and all she talks about is why the fuck can't they just film those as either a serie a la Got or make them into a cinematic universe. According to her its stuff for easily ten - fifteen movies.
Only because of the cgi added at the last minute over the practical effects
Correct
The aliens comics are actually pretty fucking good narrative wise, I can see there being a lot of money in marine vs bug film; and action figures, can’t forget those
>we'll never get to have a buddy cop movie about a synth made to imitate xenomorphs and the robot made to kill bugs
why
Yeah those are great, there's also novels:
Original novels

The Alien of the first film seemed a lot more intelligent and sadistic than the other incarnations. The execution Scott suggests sounds like it would be cheesy but the general idea of revealing it's far more intelligent than it appears would have been good even if just in a sequel.
How does it doing something completely out of character in the last few seconds of film make a difference?
Fuck of Ridley you autistic bitch
Elaborate plz
it's literally a trope
Which?
Damn I liked Jeri
This is why being a gamer makes movies better. I don't see how bad cgi is on the first viewing.
Space Marines would be literally giving the OK sign to Trump, implying a powerful American future.
(((They))) can´t have that now.
New world order is diverse and doesn´t need that old fashioned American spirit, don´t you know.
