Carol Denvers is the name of Captain Marvel. One of the most unlikable, one-dimensional, milquetoast heroines in the history comic books. She has been rebooted at least 5-8 times and her comics sell less than 20K worldwide.

It's pretty incredible how they think making a bland, unlikable Mary Sue multiple times will somehow have a different result as far as sales go.
