how did Prometheus know that David was a robot?
How did Prometheus know that David was a robot?
their blood smells like salty milk
His name wasn't Prometheus, he was Alien. Prometheus was the name of the world they landed on.
I always assumed he would have killed him regardless and the fact he was a robot was irrelevant
Yeah, this. Why wooden he?
he knew he could rip his head off
Their sense of smell is more advanced then humans, they can smell rotten milk a mile away specially if its used as blood
Weyland told him (deleted scene) but it's to be expected you recognize what's your own creation and what isn't.
could not smell some spicy shit in his morning coffee resulting in the nearly extinction of his kind but yeah, rotten milk a mile away..
Prometheus was the name of the ship, cracker
Why would Prometheus understand a language that was created while he was napping?
It wasn't a ship cracker, it was a planet cracker, and it was called the Ishimura
The ship was called Weyland
xD (but unironically)
dude who the fuck would name one of those things allen
>horror/suspense kino about an Alien stalking people in a claustrophobic enviroment
>25 years later the director makes a lorefag movie to pander to redditors, because suddenly the details of progenitors is supposed to be important
wat..
this fucking board
>1979
>2012
25 years
How do you know he wouldn't have ripped off the head of anyone who was standing there at the moment and David just lucked out by being a robot so he didn't die
Where is the sequel?
I messed up the release dates of Alien vs Aliens, but the point still stands. Why is everyone pretending that the lore behind a space spook hunting humans is important?
25 years (now I'm just being a dick)
In all seriousness, it's an odd one, but the project is definitely something Ridley Scott had been thinking about for decades. Even on the first DVD release he talks about the sequels not doing the obvious thing and looking into the origins of the derelict, which would be a bomber delivering the cargo to wipe out a planet. That's not to say it was fully fleshed out in his head, as it clearly changed even as the script was redrafted, but there's proof out there that he'd been thinking about the direction of it for a long time
