Is it worth watching?
Is it worth watching?
yeah
It's enjoyable TV if you're prepared for the plot of every episode being identical, it's the characters and dialogue that make it good
If you're a teenager, woman, sub 110 IQ, or a redditor, then yes.
If not then just watch 1 episode and youll get the jist of the whole show
It's kino up to at least season 4.
Yes
seasons 1-3 are kino. they start trying too hard after that
It's an amusing show. I never watched it as seriously as I did The Sopranos or even Breaking Bad. It's mostly episodic and I sometimes skipped the medical stuff because House/Wilson shenanigans are more entertaining
I thought it was really good even if the episodes can get very formulaic and repetitive.
I had no idea High Laurie was English or had an English accent until after I watched the show and saw him in so e interview or something.
That's not a bad thing. If the main case sucks, there's still the walk-in patients or some other shenanigans to watch.
that was my impression as well
Watch Jeeves and Wooster.
maybe? i watched the whole thing a couple years ago and didn't think much of it. the structure of every episode is the same, which isn't a big deal because x-files does the same thing, but the acting and characters don't really make it worth it for house.
desu if you haven't swathed House at this point you are probably underage.
House and Foreman are the only good characters, Cameron is unbearable
Chase is great, Wilson is great and the minor characters like Tritter, Lucas and House's psychiatrist are also good. There's more good characters than bad.
Cameron was a 10/10 piece of ass so she gets a pass
his accent sucks. it's some weird generic american accent that doesn't exist anywhere
House isn't funny.
wish I was senpai
Fuck off.
This. If you watch past 3 you'll end up hating every character. Might even just stop at 2. Can't remember.
There are plenty of Americans that have only vague American accents and you can't even tell where they are from exactly.
I only watch scenes with the hot Australian actor.
Yes but don't binge it, the formulaic nature becomes just too much when watching episodes back to back.
It's pretty entertaining. The House character is great as well. If you've never seen it, give it a watch, it will be fun
House is based, newfag. Kys
Tritter was based, I remember on Something Awful (fuck I'm an oldfag, for the zoomers it was proto-reddit) being screamed down about how he was a terrible character because he reigned in House (literally the only person to do it in the entire show).
Watch Scooby Doo instead.
>if you're prepared for the plot of every episode being identical
This is simply not true, if you actually watched all seasons u would know that. Especially the later seasons are a whole lot different than the generic "solve case, house smart" script.
I think that the season finale of season 4 with the episodes "House's Head and Wilson's Heart are some of the best episodes I have ever seen of any series. House reached it peak then in my opinion.
the last 4 seasons are pretty much shit anyway so what does it matter
The original team was the best, the writers clearly winged it after breaking up the team.
Seasons 1-3 are kino. The rest is dogshit.
But dogshit is kino. It's delicious.
