Is Bojack Horseman the greatest cartoon of the century?
Write a great show
...
It's the greatest thing currently being produced on any platform.
Based furries
the most reddit opinion of all time
What is the Great British Baking Show
Nah, reddit likes Rick and Morty, you newfag
Despite taking place in a world where anthropomorphic animals regularly have sex with regular humans, I've never heard about Bojack being big with furries. Pretty sure it goes over their heads. It's also not exactly a show for escapism.
No you super newfag, this masturbatory effort of dealing with existental dread is the most reddit thing in existence.
Omg hes so sad just like me. But he's a horse!
Nah, reddit is all about that quirky Rick and Morty nihilism humor. Bojack is Yea Forums doomer core.
>worst kind of cooking show: baking
>worst kind of reality show: british
And you're trying to tell me that you combine the two and it's good??
Like you wouldn't believe
>Nah, reddit is all about that quirky Rick and Morty nihilism humor. Bojack is Yea Forums doomer core.
>series created by Raphael Bob-Waksberg
>He is Jewish; his mother and grandmother ran a Jewish book and gift store, and his father helped Russian Jews emigrate to the United States.
Probably the most reddit show on Netflix.
Even though Bojack Horseman is a fucking based show, .
The first four seasons were good but five was fucking atrocious. Let's hope the writers don't go full retard and start self-inserting again
>American olive skinned Jew
>named Raphael
Devious
It's a well written show but there's no growth/improvement with Bojack, it's just a game of a new rock bottom each season.

great post
Season 4 was so fucking good there really wasn't anywhere for it to go but down.
This is the dumbest criticism and isn't even true.
>>also write a great sitcom to support said show
what?
The point is that Bojack, no matter how hard he tries to improve himself and get his shit together, still manages to sink even lower. It's a metaphor on how some things just can't be fixed no matter how hard we try or what we do.
I watched the first episode and chuckled like once, does it get better?
I like Bojack but you’re naive if you don’t think it’s right up reddits alley.
no
yes
It gets off to a VERY slow start. It doesn't really catch it's stride (see what I did there; do you get it?) until towards the end of the first season.
if you're watching it for comedy you're going to be disappointed
The early first season's mostly comedic, though starting from Season 2 it starts getting more serious though still retains a bit of its comedy. Honestly Season 4 is the show's peak, and it's been going downhill since S5.
bojack redditman
good
>lol
I can't even tell if the super reddit posts are trolls anymore.
Name one show more densely packed with the multi-level humor of Bojack? I'm guessing you've only watched the show once, and probably didn't get past the first season (which feels almost as shitty as a piece of MacFarlane garbage for the first half). Watching it only once you're going to miss at least half the jokes.
no I got the jokes, they just didn't make me laugh. A couple made me smirk but that's about it. If anything they're a nice little distraction from the drama.
>i got the jokes
>they just didn't make me laugh
Pick one.
>Name one show more densely packed with the multi-level humor of Bojack?
you literally sound like a Rick and Morty fan lmao
>Max Headroom
Max Stirner?
>Name one show more densely packed with the multi-level humor of Bojack?
To be fair, you need an extremely high IQ to understand Bojack Horseman...
I always wanted to fuck the actress that plays his wife
Rick and Morty doesn't have multi-level humor, though. The fuck are you even talking about?
see you're actually doing the "you didn't like it? you must not have understood it!!" bit, and it's really making me crack up.
Bojack Horseman is 5/10 show, is not bad until 4 season
Now its just a fucking feminist propaganda show
>you need an extremely high IQ to understand Bojack Horseman
I never said that. I said that you need to rewatch the show multiple times to catch everything, and the reason is because the writers pay a lot of attention to continuity, so little things in season 1 will come back in season 4 or 5, which recontextualize season 1 (because it skips around in time a lot). There are a number of animal jokes that sometimes require kind of obscure knowledge about certain animals to catch.
*season 5
that's where they started doing the whole "uhhgg isn't that a bit too male gazy?" and "wow bojack you almost had consensual sex with a perfectly legal 17 year old girl but never actually went through with it you monster" thing
In the communist state of California the age of consent is 18.
They were in New Mexico, retard.
it was in new mexico iirc
its emotional whiney garbage
What to expect to the show if its writen by this onions boy
ONIONS BOY* he is a onions boy lmao
Like the kind of shit that would show up on an online community that could give hugs?
SHIT ONIONS BOY WHY WHEN I SAY ¨¨Basedyy Onions ZOY¨ Boy this thread changes to Onions boy holy fuck fucking bots IM SAYIN ONIONS BOY NOT ONIONS BOY
