I did this with Rocky Horror picture Show, before I understood the appeal of it. I had no idea what the fuck was going on the whole time, the film just felt like a bunch of 50 B-movie references combined with a stroke.

I used to be too proud to do shit like this but you learn a lot when you're willing to accept you don't know things. It's good to read reviews of films you like to get other people's perspectives.

What, in general? Is it an either you get all film endings or you don't scenario? Is being able to "get" a film not actually just indicative of your own personal ability to unpack whichever message you believe the film to be attempting to convey, or in a post-Barthian sense, whichever subjective meaning you create in your engagement with it? my problem is I won't drop a movie, so I inhale the food, then pause it and get more food, or worst case scenario i cook food, get back to the movie, inhale it, and have to get more.
