I honestly can't see it ending like that. One of them are going to die. Jon has already died, so I'd put my money on Dany, while Jon would rather return to the North and turn Westeros into a republic, with Sam, Brienne, and a redeemed Jaime (Tyrion dies) as the main leaders. Side love arc between Bronn and Grey Worm, who lead the new Westeros Army.

That describes literally everyone, yet it's still going to be the biggest show of the year.

Well, it's almost certain she won't 'win'. She's such an obvious baddie and given how generic a fantasy the show is currently, she will not prevail.

A few things I could see happening to her:
1) She promised to marry Euron and she has no claim to the iron throne or enough allies to demand it for herself. Euron will take her to live as a slave queen of the iron islands to live the rest of her life in pure misery.
2) She promises to aid in the fight against the ice monsters but orders the commander of her armies to backstab Dany/Jon in the midst of chaos. Tyrion or Jaime will kill her because of this which will also fulfill the little brother prophecy.
3) She tries the same backstab thing but fails and is executed by Dany or whoever.
4) She dies in childbirth giving birth to a Tyrion like creature making her death ironic given how she's always despised Tyrion.
5) She's exiled, stripped of all power and forced to ponder the rest of her days on how she's the last of the Lannister bloodline and the great house will end with her, as Jaime is dead and Tyrion is sterile.
6) Someone takes control of Mountain and turns him against her giving her a gruesome death.

Her having a relatively good ending would be shocking at this point.
