I went and watched BR2049 alone on my birthday, fell asleep.
I watched some stupid action movie set it london about the US president on the worst date in the history of mankind, girl wasn't really into me, she got sick from her lunch or something at the end of the movie and left immediately.
i saw kinoman Tarkovski's Mirror.
best fucken movie ever.
we both know she didnt get sick, user
I know this feel well
the last movie I saw with my dad was Tower Heist. It wasn't that great.

Went with my dad to see Alita
He was really hyped for it for some reason

Wish my dad did stuff with me..... ever.... in my whole life lads
my granpa's dad killed himself during his birthday
I wanted to see The Phantom Menace so my Dad said he would take me but when we got there he bought tickets for Big Daddy instead. Probably a good call.

BR2049 with my sister
>never heard podracing or Dual of the Fates in the theater
get fucked, i saw both times with my dad. the 99 and 2011 3D screening. shit was cash
>>last time I went to the movies was with my dad and we watched Skyfall
are you me? you're making me catch some feels, user
I think it was last May when I saw a theater release of Porco Rosso with my ex. There might have been something after that with her but I can't remember. About time I go back.
my dad sounds like a chad compared to your dad
I watched Green Book with my parents yesterday
In hindsight I'm glad I was single when 2049 came out, actually. The solitude makes the movie more immersive.
kittens are fucking garbage animals. Should get put into bins until they are fully grown
last time i went to the movies with my dad we went to the phantom menace
he doesnt speak much english and i asked him what his favorite part was and he said the sword fight with the devil looking guy
What, the Holocaust museum was closed? Finish up the day with a vegan tofu dinner?
I saw They Shall Not Grow Old with my best friend last night
Dragon ball broly and alita
alone ...
sigh... atleast i can enjoy Dragon ball because there is lots of fatties and nerds
but entering alita battle angel alone was suicide there was a lot of couples and i didn't it was February 14 so it was awkward in the romantic scenes
We say Kong Skull Island
Been a minute since I watched with dad, here’s some highlights.
>Doomsday: So it was like a combination of LotR, Resident Evil, and Mad Max. But all those movies were good, this sucked.
>Suckerpunch: So the dad got away with it? What a stupid fuckin’ movie.
>Crystal Skull: What the fuck did we just watch? This is Indiana Jones? Is this how movies are now?
>EP VII: (I saw spoilers, didn’t go). Text: You could have told me that Napoleon Dynamite asshole kills Han Solo, I wouldn’t have gone.
I meant to go see Vice with him since he bitched about it for eight years. I bought Frost/Nixon but we haven’t sat down to watch it yet. Dad gets super bummed about some stuff though, he got real serious after the Kent State scene from Watchmen.
My dads a huge faggot, hope he’s dead and burning in hell. Haven’t talked to him in almost 10 years
I wish I had a gf just to go and watch movies with
Matrix Reloaded. He was killed in '09.
Into the Spiderverse
Last movie I saw with my dad was Fury Road before the cancer got him. He had a big grin on his face for hours.
watched jumanji with him. we both enjoyed it.
Spiderman. The original raimi one from 2002. I was like 12
Went to see Glass with friends
I was a big fan of Unbreakable and was pretty disappointed by the movie. My friends never saw Unbreakable and only watch capeshit or the latest 'popular' movie and were blown away by it.
I can't remember the last time I went to the movies, more than a decade perhaps
We saw John Wick 2.
blame your mom for reproducing with a shitty person
alita battle angel with my friend. we pretty much went to every movie we wanted to see. we just talk about movies mostly. dont have anything else going on in our lives.
>last time I went to the movies was with my dad and we watched Skyfall
fuck, me too
Blade Runner 2049.
He actually saw the original in theatres so we both went together to a true 3 story IMAX in Denver.
I love IMAX screens for that sheer overwhelming presence and body moving sound. Fucking body orgasms when you watch the right movies on IMAX.
I remember my first IMAX with my Dad too, in Milwaukee, when they were releasing the Matrix blurays, so naturally some IMAX's got to reshow the movies.
Caught The Matrix Reloaded on IMAX. I was fucking hooked. You can imagine all those car chase and fight scenes in IMAX.
Besides those other ones, I think I also saw Tron Legacy in IMAX with my father, since again, he saw the original when he was younger.
They Shall Not Grow Old on December 17
Unironically Kino experiences. In IMAX 3D.
This response was sponsored by IMAX in 3D.
First Man with my parents, they enjoyed it.
Oh and it was with my dad and my grandpa
saw 2049 with my dad
IMAX IMAX IMAX IMAX (desu desu desu)
Sorry, I am a bit high so I have no idea how to fucking write at the moment without being a fucking retard (and with that post, almost literal reddit spacing. Fuck)
Am I in the ok, user?
Being high, you're probably not okay. Fuck weed. On topic though, I was being serious, those sound like awesome films to see in IMAX (in 3D). I was also poking fun at the fact that every time you go to an actual IMAX theater to see something (in 3D nonetheless) they spend about 3+ minutes of repeatedly telling you, that you are actually sitting in an IMAX cinema and are about to experience an IMAX (chances are it's also in 3D) film. A friend of mine made a recording of that shit when we went, I'll have to ask him for it some time. It's ridiculous.
Your dad should disown you for being a mass reply faggot
Bladerunner 2049 with my sister
The wiggles movie in 1997, he hasn't been back to the movies since.
I saw DBS Broly in the theater in January, and Halloween before that in October. It's pretty cool having an Alamo Drafthouse within a 10 minute drive from where I live. As far as going with my parents, I haven't been to the theater with my dad since Rat Race 18 years ago, and The Green Mile with my mom 20 years ago. I don't really talk to either anymore, because they're both kind of shitbags in their own way.
I implicitly only see 2D IMAX. 3D IMAX loses the black contrast hard, looks muddy as shit, and I don't want to get sick trying to watch a movie.
I'm a goddamn purist when it comes to IMAX. Fuck off with 3D, I hate that shit. Same with Dredd (didn't go with my father), but I had to scout for an IMAX showing that didn't have 3D.
FUCK THREE DEEEEEEE REEEE also fuck you weed is great in moderation, why can't I shitpost while chilling, user?
Shoplifters with my dad
I saw Alita with my dad
Top tier taste, 3D is questionable in a lot of cases, I'm with you on that.
Shame about the weed. Moderation is something I can't ever do, thus I stay away from most drugs. From observation I can tell you that hardly anyone ever actually manages to consume weed in moderation and not get fucked over by it in the long run, even though it is now getting legalized everywhere. It's like saying because alcohol or cigarettes are legal they aren't horrible for you health.
>inb4 muh glass of wine
You know I'm not talking about that, I'm talking about how virtually half the population drinks beer regularly.
Me and my Dad went and saw Venom awhile back and it was pretty fun. It was perfect Dadcore. Venom was always a character we bonded over growing up since Dad likes those sort of edgy characters like Spawn, so it was cool actually getting a movie with a Venom that looked good.
I went and watched BR2049 with my dad and he fell asleep and also my ass did.
I get that cinema experience can sometimes elevate films (I enjoyed watching the second or third Star Trek in cinema, simply because the sound gave me the shivers for more than 50% of the run time), but how anyone can enjoy Venom without getting a blowjob while watching it is beyond me – and even then, I guess turning the film off would be a preferential experience. I know Yea Forums has a massive hard-on for Hardy, but the film had no redeeming qualities whatsoever to me. Did I miss something there?
>Dad likes those sort of edgy characters like Spawn
underage b&
>From observation I can tell you that hardly anyone ever actually manages to consume weed in moderation and not get fucked over by it in the long run
In how?
If in moderation, people give it up\it isn't their personality.
But 24/7 stoners? Absolutely. Absolutely, and I know those side effects (shizo onset with latent genetics, depression, etc).
Yes I know about beer. I rarely drink, mostly because I fall asleep because of alcohol. Really fucking annoying my body decides to just want to nap if I drink. I don't want heart arrhythmia due to chugging a Red Bull then alcohol (upper downer combo) like some stupid fucks do.
yolo 420 glaze it, user
those whiskers just look itchy
and huge, jeesz it's like a bunch of antennas on an ant
Halloween with my sister
