It's like an accidental horror scene. The fact that the camera angle doesn't change creates this sense of additional panic because you feel not in control, and then there's the fear of the unknown from not seeing what the horrifying screams are about. Also just that it comes completely out of nowhere in an environment where the only thing you would think to fear is a crash

If you've ever seen a dead body you know the hopeless feeling of looking at it. That video you can hear someone else going through the process of seeing someone alive and then dead, a loved one no less, who just died in a very unpredictable way. They didn't hit a telephone pole, they weren't driving through a battlefield, they weren't doing drugs, etc. A brick flew through the window...You know he is just looking at her and it's not like on the TV shows. The ambulance doesn't come and zap you back to life. There are some things where it's just like you look at the person and they are fucking gone and all the kings horses and all the king's men won't put them back together again. Hopeless. "What? Why? What? Why?" just replay in your head. That video captures the powerlessness in the face of such things perfectly.
