No, it means the BBC can pump out complete shit and it doesn't matter if nobody watches it because they all get paid regardless out of taxpayer money.

FOOKIN NONCES

Only the BBC benefits from the TELLY LOICENCE
Funny that
Yet they still churn out the same old quota nonsense. They completely fucked Doctor Who, for example.

Based Auntie btfo out of the manchildren

BBC has some decent shows every once in a while but I doubt its related. Only advantage is no ads

Young Rees-Mogg looks like when the super-villain has a flashback to his childhood

Based moggposter

Leads to absolute kino youtube videos though.

absolute unit on the far left

No.

The only thing of value that the BBC has made in the last 20 years are the attenborough documentaries (any network would be bending over backwards to fund atteborough anyway)

and louis theroux docs, which are so low budget that literally any network on earth could fund them.

Everything else has been crap.

The tv licence has kind of segmented off the bbc from other networks on tv to it's own entity with it's own micro-celbrities and formulas. It's in it's own little bubble. It can't be mentioned or collaborated with by other stations. It's programming is almost completely original which puts a lot of strain on the network and makes that huge looking tv licence budget wear quite thin, leading to a load of low quality, low effort shows and dramas.

In Ireland we use the TV licence system also. It funds cringeworthy TV personalities on €250k+ salaries who only have the jobs because the state broadcaster is infamously insular and nepotistic. Meanwhile the output is amateur soap operas and dry magazine programming featuring small town jam-making fairs and pensioner hillwalking clubs.
They won't reduce the enormous salaries despite unanimous public outcry for fear of losing their shit "talent".

Two clicks (Categories>Documentaries) and I had this; bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m0002tw1/panorama-trans-kids-why-medicine-matters

Thought I would have to dig deeper to highlight the craziness, but no.

The BBC replaced commercial pressures with political pressures, and the politics is that of the liberal elite. They need to die.

that guy is a baliff (debt collector). nothing to do with the tv license.
pay debnts

not that user but
i don't watch doctor who and i don't care about the fanbase
female doctor who? might be a nice change idk the franchise
might be nice for women to feel included and that
what's disturbing is how the bbc pumps every broadcast full of propaganda now
eg
youtube.com/watch?v=nLJginDfA7U
pure anti-white revisionist history, like cheddar man, like a thousand other examples
and you can laugh at it all and say it doesn't work on you, and it probably doesn't
but remember that there is a generation of children growing up being told this, and any counter-narrative, any attempt to correct these lies, is being censored

“He who controls the past, controls the future; and he who controls the present, controls the past.”

Yes, it does so in germany.
News are not clickbait, infotainment discovers bad things/politicians/unfairness and tv series similar to private are not rednecky cringetainment.

they still do fine comedy on their website

I should read all the news like this

What anime is this?

If anything it has lead to lower quality programmes.

Clearly not.

Attached: BBC is bullshit.jpg (250x1802, 194K)

Yes It used to, before the new politically correct and politically biased BBC went off the rails and staff and presenter salaries became perverse.

Stations that run ads generally run programming catered for the lowest common denominator, that bump up the viewer figures and inturn generate advert revenue and keep the shareholders happy, quality programming is generally secondary and you're left with shite like Big Brother, I'm a celeb get me out of here, and celebrity does X
