I kinda wanna say There Will Be Blood, but the film itself probably isn't that pretentious, it's the fans of the film. The film itself is just extremely dull.

The word pretentious has lost all its meaning. Every movie that tries to be smart, even if it succeeds. is considered pretentious now. That being said, It's Kind of A Funny story is probably one of the most pretentious movie I've ever seen.
