What movie have you rewatched the most?
What movie have you rewatched the most?
Inside Llewyn Davis
Backdoor Sluts 9
For many of us, it's probably A Christmas Story, just because it's played non-stop at Christmas.
I've also seen City Slickers and Lionheart way, waaayyyyy too many times. There wasn't much of an internet in the early nineties so you just watched whatever was on TV.
Clerks 2 probably. I had it on my DVR and would watch it every day after I came home from middle school. I also watched Gladiator every night to go to sleep for a year.
Gremlins 2
Either Adaptation or Trainspotting. About 20 times each.
wizard of oz. aired on network television every year from 60s through my entire childhood. saw it in theatre once. it went by in about 20 minutes, i know it so well. after that, the one of consciously chosen as a film lover to see the most is 2001, but i also saw that in the theatre when it came out, with my dad, who was a scientist and a crazy kind of visionary/artist, so its my go to movie. plus dad was fairly emotionless, like spock, or hal, so thats my model for male: not suppressing emotion, just quietly observant and logical. like kubrick perhaps.
It was...whaddaya call it, the paw
pure kino.
Maximum Overdrive
Last Crusade
I've been watching Adventureland once a month for the past 6 years. I really don't know why, it's not even good.
The Simpsons S11E05
For me it would be cheesy Nic Cage flicks they used to show on TV, I would watch stuff like The Rock, Con Air and Face Off every single time they broadcast them.
Other than that, probably Harry Potter series.
Batman Begins
my dad had a bootleg of Jay and Silent Bob strike back, I sold it to my old roommate when I moved out, but we watched it everytime we didn't know what to watch, the menu music is incredibly annoying.
EoE and C'eravamo tanto Amati. Aprox 40 times for both
I know I saw Pacific Rim 5 times in theaters, taking new people to see it each time. Over the years I'd probably have to say The Thing or fucking Shawshank Redemption though.
Ironically enough Goodfells. Or A Clockwork Orange
