It's not that complicated.
The guy was just a stock image of movie theater attendant on Google. Someone made a thread "Sir, your popcorn..." with the original angle being "heh, what would Yea Forums be saying about this black man giving them their popcorn"
Then it devolved into jokes about how expensive food is at theaters, how fat Americans are, taxes for the food, and other side memes such as the no-singles policies at movie theaters, etc. Then images like the OP are just putting this generic guy in more absurd situations
