A bit "quote-y". The story is pretty good though.
All the later GITS stuff is mediocre as fuck. The manga isn't that good and Oshii's strong adaptation is the only remarkable thing in the franchise.

Good movie ruined with shitty CGI. Otherwise it's solid and I like the reality bending aspects of it. Problem is that without the Major it lacks the relationship dynamics of the original which was one of the best things about GITS!!!FACT!!!
