Why do christians never watch christkinos and then complain that Hollywood doesn't cater to christers more?
Why do christians never watch christkinos and then complain that Hollywood doesn't cater to christers more?
>then complain that Hollywood doesn't cater to christers more?
does this happen
Only movieguide.org. literally no one in my church of 140 cares. Most for one don't like the fact that Ben Hur got a reboot and Jesus' face was shown.
>Most for one don't like the fact that Ben Hur got a reboot and Jesus' face was shown.
Did they seriously do this in the remake?
I watch Ben-Hur once or twice a year on tv.
funfact: Bin Hure means I'm a whore in german.
But the movie isn't called Bin Hure you literal 13 year old
>they show his face
That's ur mom's name.
Absolutely destroyed.
Yes he did. Completely ruins the mystique.
Shows you how lacking the craft is today.
>Jesus' face was shown
Did he say a quip that teased a sequel then wink at the camera too?
Hollywood always caters to middle America. That's where the money is.
>Passion of the Christ is the highest grossing R-rated movie of all time in US and Canada
>Passion of the Christ was the highest grossing non-English film of all time for 13 years
>jews in charge of making Christian movies
theres your problem. only based mel can make proper kinos of this sort
dumb Cali spic
They should've.
I feel sorry for that dude. Imagine having to go up against Charlton Heston in 65mm.
Am I seeing this right? The kikes remade fuckin’ Ben Hur?
Because nobody asked for a fucking Ben Hur remake. Let alone a third-rate one.
>why do uneducated hicks from the south of the US complain about things they don't care about?
Gee, you tell me
I just picked this as the most obvious to spare us the discussion how christian this movie or that movie is.
>and Jesus' face was shown.
are they wannabe Muslims? last i checked, Christians were OK with respectful depictions Christ.
Mel is a literal Saint on earth. We’re beyond blessed to be alive during his time here.
>has groupsex outside of marriage
Yeah but some Christians are not okay with destroying an actually good adaptation of Ben Hur with shitty cashgrab non artistic reboot that is the new Ben Hur.
In fact, watch the old Ben Hur and tell me that the decision to not show Jesus' face was genius. I dare you.
There's a direct to video christfag studio network. Look it up. That's what makes christian dollars. No church cares about theatrical releases of Old Testament stories anymore, which is the only thing out of the bible the Jews are willing to put to film after Passion of the Christian made them get scared.
The original writer was pretty conservative and felt it was blasphemous to depict Jesus physically for his story, and insisted as such for the early stage productions. This was kept in mind for the 1959 film, which never went as far as to show Jesus' face. There are no end of christfag movies that show Christ up and down and nobody gives a shit, but you might notice when one of the few stories that took pains not to out of respect for the original writer does a 180 on this.
