No, it was actually really shitty.

Inconsistent tone throughout, Matt Lucas was fucking terrible, group sent after him were badly lacking charisma given their screentime.

I should have known the movie was going to suck when 10 minutes in the hero is getting a fucking prostate exam. It's not a case of style over substance because the style was awful for just about everything except the torture scene.

Very inconsistent and the tone was all over the place Mads was great as usual but weirdly enough the part of the movie for me was the stuff with Vanessa Hudgens. I don't want to say she stole the show but if the film had just been about her and Mads it would have been a better film.

There's a lot to iron out before the inevitable sequel.

It was really bad, but Mads and Vanessa Hudgens did the best job that they could with that terrible script and directing. Worth a watch for them alone if youre a fan of either actor.

I like deadmau5' work but he really botched this sound track. He was jerking off with his 9th chord progressive sound in moments where it was supposed to be tense. Like he mads confroted the antagonists. Didnt fit at all. Musis really only worked in 2 scenes that i rmember one was during a car scene and a landscape establishment shot. Other than that it actually detracted from the movie

It could have been. They wanted the reddit audience so they added jokes and humor every 2 minutes, effectively destroying any tension and completely undermining the serious tone the ending was supposed to have. Mads was excellent, and I thought Vanessa was actually solid as well, almost everything else was shit. The only joke I chuckled at was Mads killing his dog accidentally.

Pass. All the highlights are in the trailer, aren't they?

It was a fun action flick and Mads looked hot; I don't regret watching it.
