It's like Game of Thrones if the white walkers were actually relevant.
In other words it's actually good.
It's like Game of Thrones if the white walkers were actually relevant.

quick run down?
It's like game of thrones without the degeneracy
it's nothing like game of thrones don't be retarded
zombie outbreak in medieval korea with pretty based characters
Game of Thrones if the white walkers were actually relevant.
Choppy choppy, kimono flourish, noodles and tigers
Aren't there a dozen gook zombie films? None of them 9 hours long with a cliffhanger ending. And none of them got shitcanned in production because the guys who made the first half went over budget?
>Netflix
>chinks
That's a "no" for me.
>zombie outbreak in medieval korea
>white walkers were actually relevant.
>Choppy choppy, kimono flourish, noodles and tigers
i love zombies, relevancy and kimono flourishes, its a sold for me, thanks anons
Also beautiful scenery/landscapes
based
Pure kino
Interesting. I had it downloaded but never got around to watching Kingdom.
>fucking quick reply error still persists
CHINK MOOT
>>Choppy choppy, kimono flourish, noodles and tigers
Korean food is so fucking disgusting
It's watchable but it's extremely melodramatic, cliche, the acting and direction is TERRIBLE and the design and art of the entire show seems insular and fake.
It's a solid fun 5/10 show and you cunts have literally no ability to gauge actual quality.
>tfw this faggot refuses to see kino Mr.Sunshine
too bad the season ends when shit was about to get real
queens clan turns the korean king into a zombie to keep him "alive" long enough for them to kill off the crown prince and have an heir from their clan
naturally this is a horrible idea and terrible things happen
Saved me the time. It's worth checking out but, after two episodes, my mindset is that I'll definitely finish it but I won't feel excited to do it.
Part of my problem with Chinese films is that they rely heavily on contrivance. The stereotypically evil leader who will look at a fuse burning its way toward a pile of red sticks and, since he's the bad leader, he'll keep the hero from snuffing out the flame. It's just...I don't know if it's bug people stuff or if Mao squelched all logic out of the gene pool but that shit drives me nuts.
I do not watch film with gook, nigger or jew in them.
episode 3 is incredibly kino
this shit is going to get canceled fast, shit cost a million dollars per episode
>netflix
hard pass
what fuck were they thinking when they made the last episode? it’s shorter than all the other episodes and focuses completely on building a next season and ending it with a stupid cliffhanger
could use better writing but dammit the visuals are very good
I really like it, it does feel a bit cheap and lower end but im engaged enough to figure out what happens next
China has unlimited money so if they back it it'll be fine, that three kingdoms show cost more than HBOs Rome and they made 100 episodes.
seo-bi is cute
I haven't been into zombies since 2008, and I've avoided most zombie shit but i'd recommend Kingdom because it's a fresh take on the genre. However I worry about the future of the series.
I downloaded this and forgot about it. Should give it a whirl.
Asians are unimaginative for the most part. Japanese, Chinese, especially Indian films, they're all unwatchable.
Gooks
the show is korean not chinese you fucking retard
Same thing
Pyongyang is loaded
Japan has lots of creativity but every single production made over there is made on a shoestring budget, regardless of the medium.
I thought rome only had 1 season, is it worth the investment?
But this is Korean
The only problem is that their acting is cringeworthy.
Are films not big in Japan or what?
>it's kimchi gook, not mainland gook!
and what's the difference?
Japan is just a small market when you get down to it, and on top of that Japanese businessmen are some of the shrewdest penny pincers in the entire world.
There are some aspects that bothers me though.
I like the part where the kind is (un)dead and the Crown Prince tries to uncover the conspiracy to hinder his right to the throne. However, the current crown prince is too much of a good idealist for it to make sense. How he will sacrify everything just to save a child. And how if-we-all-work-together-we-will-be-happy. He's too perfect.
ANd then it's the princess, with her fake pregnancy and a pillow around her stomach. It fills the notion of how the society is so patriarchic that the idea of a strong, clever, snarky and independent woman exploits them without the yucky of giving birth.
And if it's the temperature that makes the dead rise, why would the king rise at night? If they figured he was dead at night, opening a window or something would be foolish.
And it's obvious that the son of the friend of the Crown Prince will be the princesses daughter aand inherit the throne, and something something split loyalties but through the power of friendship everyone becomes a leader.
Too bad for them, films can be very profitable.
>netflix
Where have you been for the past 15 years? Since Oldboy, Korean cinema has been consistently turning out legitimate kino. Train to Busan was shilled here for like a month straight.
yea but just don't go into thinking its soprano-tier. Its decent but not amazing
Unlike chinks, gooks deliver good movies that aren't cringeworthy.
Does this thing have a clear ending in mind. I'd hate to feel like I've wasted time on something that doesn't have a satisfactory end game.
I delve into korean shit from time to time, but man that ending was blueballs as fuck. just a setup for another season.
t. Amerumutt
I only like my entertainment if it's got English speaking White folks
can't be buggered to read subtitles and foreign accents just turn me off
It's because you're an Ameriburger
You're just jealous your entertainment isn't watched all over the world
Disgusting
Needed like two more episodes. Way too short.
Who betrayed him
>actually
Get a larger vocabulary
>muh thesaurus
actually works just fine here, incel. Go jerk off to big words elsewhere.
we all use netflix now.
Awesome show
the pacing was all over the place.
you cant tell if some events are happening few hours later but somehow it should have taken days for that thing to happen.
really strange.
also filled with retarded decisions all over the place, but i guess the story would end immediately without that.
costumes and photography were beautiful. no wonder this shit went over budget in a couple of episodes. and no wonder that they had to cut it off at only 6 episodes.
pretty pointless season being it so short tho.
>filled with retarded decisions all over the place
really? i felt like it was one of the few horror show/film where the characters didn't do the dumbest shit possible. Maybe I have a low standard for horror genre
>And if it's the temperature that makes the dead rise, why would the king rise at night? If they figured he was dead at night, opening a window or something would be foolish.
this bothered me the most.
its ridiculous. thats not how temperature works. some days can be chilly during the morning and nights can be as warm as days during warmed months. but no. they made it all so black and white.
the temperature thingy was a bad gimmick , they should have made something smart with the day/night rule rather than moving the goalposts
Mostly, yeah, but dem hot bolgolgi rice bowls mang.
Can't expect solid creativity from slants or curries
Its not kimono tho
>Netflix
>it's actually good
doubt.tif
It ends on a fucking cliffhanger lmao, based discount Nips.
looking forward to season 2 wish it would get more discussion thought it would be throaway garbage ended up being great mash of genres
>we all pirate netflix now
I'm gonna watch Game of Thrones instead, it's just over a month away.
Wait, is it related to Rampant, a fairly recent Korea zombie medieval movie?
no
Wasn't it obviously that cowardly dude chasing the MILF physician. He's part of the evil clan.
>all happening because the nurse and the gun guy didn't burn the bodies when they could and made a fucking pen to try and keep then in instead
It's like The Walking Dead if it had good characters and it took place in an interesting setting where zombies could realistically be a threat.
Yea Forums has only had a handful of threads about it so you know it's good.
>Qties die
I'll pass
pretty much this.
its pretty unbelievable if Zombies, if they happen to exist, to run over the a modern military when we have guns and armored vehicles
I love how that dude who put the zombie in the soup is showing no remorse at all.
What was the point of his flashback sequence at the battle memorial?
I thought he was going to be a secret Japanese person, but was it just to show he'll do anything to survive?
It's just to show that he has personal grudge against the Ahn Hyun or whatever the old general gooks name was.
Japanese tv is essentially stuck in the 60's. They don't take tv as a serious medium at all over there, they take anime series more seriously. Some of their movies are good though. What they really need is to send their actors to the UK or something to be classically trained.
good series, cant wait for season 2, the ending of season 1 is pretty awesome
historical drama with zombies
great hats too
Where can I watch this?
it's an original netflix production
The physician looks like THAT?
i want to have sex with her if you know what i mean
Not anymore, she's looking pretty old since those trannies sucked out her youthful energy.
At least we'll always have Air Doll.
It's low emotional intelligence, like when asian parents bully their kids to be doctors and are stunned when the kid offs himself. American zoomers are also fucked-up in that they fear of sincerity and embarrassment. Hence why we're at a totally soulless crossroads for entertainment.
