Keep in mind that everything that comes after Endgame will be the official decline for the MCU. We're already kinda seeing it with Captain Marvel, as a sort preview of what's to come for this franchise's future in cinema post-Avengers 4.

Marvel's heading down an uncomfortably SJW-heavy path, so the amount of forced political agendas will increase as time goes on in any of their future phases. 10 years from now, or less, they'll end up in the same position as Lucasfilm is currently, what with TLJ being the thing that essentially killed Star Wars. This was inevitably going to happen. Anything that goes up must come down, and the Marxist ideologies being imposed from the comics were eventually going to seep into the movies regardless. The bubble was destined to burst, and we might not be too far off from seeing that day come. It was never going to last forever.

What lies in the future post-MCU remains to be seen. Maybe Hollywood anime-adaptations post-Alita will finally take off and get more notice? Maybe live action vidya adaptations will finally become good and be the next fad? Who knows?

They’re gonna have to either reboot the entire MCU soon after Endgame or really take things in a different direction. Most likely ditch a lot of the Earth-centric stuff unless it’s X-Men related and focus more on weird cosmic stuff. Then Galactus will get setup and they’ll bring back some of the original heroes that are willing to come back.

You spend a lot of time on here so I understand why you would think it's because of the SJW agenda or whatever, but it's really because no one gives a flying fuck about literally whos.

Think about it: the only characters they managed to make a huge hit that no one has heard of were the Guardians of the Galaxy. Ant Man? Who cares. Doctor Strange? Came and went. The strength of the MCU is RDJ, Chris Evans, and Hemsworth. Once these guys all die it's curtains for the franchise.

Trust me it's not because of the politics. It's because no one cares about the other superheroes.

Unrelated but I'm really gonna miss the Fox style X men. It was always a crapshoot if you'd get a great movie or an embarrassing piece of shit, but they cared a lot about the casting (jlaw aside) and really tried to elevate those movies beyond capeshit
