Most of these movies are terrible if you don't understand what they're going for. Essentially, Schwarzenegger action movies from the 80's and 90's are tongue in cheek surreal masculine fantasy. They KNOW the entire idea is ridiculous and just go all in. It's a lot like WH40K.
