I don't know about Spaniards, but Eva Green has a good English accent when speaking English, and I think it's her natural English speaking voice, too (I've never heard her in interviews).

I think the answer to your question, OP, is no. Speaking Spanish as a child permanently fucks up their ability to speak English with the right inflections/pronunciations
To speak english you must cut half of your tongue.

Has any American ever done a good English accent? I can think of a few who sound okay until they rhyme 'can't' with 'ant' or say 'ass' instead of 'arse'. That sort of thing. Yanks never seem to get that when you do an accent you have to pronounce words differently too or it all falls apart.
