Watched Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul so many times, is there anything just as good but similar to them? I've heard maybe Ozark is a good choice?

nothing as good. dont listen to soprano or wirefags

the shield

nothing beats bb/bcs for me, I love the atmosphere and style and shit too much. the jazzy montages, music selection, cinematography. just way too fucking kino.

The Americans

Same, I'm pretty sure nothing will satisfy the same itch but still.

watch pusher trilogy

fucking amazing when we went out to the house and some more locations around ABQ

Cringe

Not really. Drove from Charlotte NC to Vegas to spend the night for my Bday and drive right through Albuquerque, and being my favorite show, it made sense.

HunterXHunter

thats pretty interesting honestly. do they have security roaming the neighborhood constantly, or easy enough to drive through?

I heard that it's one of the greatest seinens in history. I watched 8 episodes of 2011 version and so far it was nothing special. Should I overcome myself because it will become better or this show isn't for me?

mr robot t b h

>license issued 2010
>same haircut/look from when the show debuted in 2008
Immersion broken

Don't know about NM, but in my state they don't retake your picture when you renew. Immersion restored?

fuckin love BB

It gets better and better. Season 1 is mostly just muh subversion, but should also feel like a breath of fresh air if all you know is Naruto.

As far as arcs go, Yorkshin was outstanding, and Chimera Ant is hands down gook high art. So keep going

Not at all. Its only the WW house built by the owner. When we drove into the neighborhood, it was just like any other neighborhood. The person who rented out the house to the production company was being harassed and had pizza thrown up on her roof (not suprising). You can legally walk down on their side if the street but dont be surprised if she squirts you with water. Another fun fact. The candy store we bought the "blue meth" from actually made it for the show.

Thank you for answer

Another angle of the house. Again, the WW house is a real house owned by a real person who just loaned it out for a hunk of money. I didnt even recognize the area because I came in from down the street where the house was on our right (as pictured) and not from straight ahead as it's been featured in the show numerous times. Biggest regret of the whole damn thing honestly.

Last thing and I'll stop but at the candy store they had a back room where you put on an apron and the WW hat and get your pictures taken with cutouts of Walt and Jesse. They had a big ass loan of "blue meth" you can grab and fuck with and a few baggies full of it including some on the scale and in the crates like they have in Gus' "super lab" (this doesn't get sold to people because people handle this and it sits out for long periods). Its crazy though, there wasn't one person there for the show or at the house except for the owner and a truck that looked to be doing yard work. Sorry, I always get hyped reminiscing about this part of the trip

Imagine trying to relax while a bunch of redditors com to your house to take photos. Looks comfy user, I'm jelly you got to see this in person.

For me KINO tv series would be Fargo, Patriot, True Detective s01, The Americans s01, House of Cards s01, or Hannibal (Yea Forums seems to hate this one, only the second half of s03 is bad)

We intentionally stayed on the opposite side of the street and didn't completely stop to try and be respectful. I think it was on a Sunday too. You can't make it out from the pic, but in her front yard is a sign that says to keep on the opposite side of the street if taking pictures. She's been offered TONS of money for her house but refuses to move. Anyways, the lady at the candy store said it's been calm recently but always starts back up when BCS airs or re-runs come on, hence the 10 foot tall fence. There is literally no security in the neighborhood and shes the only house that's gated. I forget the address but google it and check it out. Pretty cool they used real filming locations all through New Mexico/ ABQ and nothing was done in a set. Laundry mat is real, house, restaurants, ect.

Those shows are wildly overrated so Ozark will be an enormous step up for you.
Enjoy

Reddit trash.

A garbage show for garbage people.
Kentucky Fried Kino
I agree.

What's wrong with Mr.Robot? I've been meaning to check it out but always end up doing something else. Also, is it even still on anymore?

What the fuck is that vehicle parked in the driveway?

A dump trailer. She had a lawn service out there that day working out back I think?

That makes sense. I thought it was a solid top and some kind of military personnel transport.

When the show was peaking I'm sure she could have used a military transport from everything I've heard. She's had hundreds of pizzas thrown on top of her roof before the border wall was placed lmfao

the writing for Ozark sucks though

Both of those are better, but BB and Saul are close in entertainment value but less classy. All great and worth watching.

Nothing is better than The Wire.

Disgusting.

Watch the Thomas Jane movie in '04

Thanks for sharing man. Very cool.

I took a trip out to Washington with another huge fan of Twin Peaks and drove to all the locations.

>Should I overcome myself because it will become better or this show isn't for me?

It isn't for you. It's really just a shounen with all the shounnenness bumped up to the n-th degree, so that characters end up spending ridiculous amounts of time standing around and explaining how all their powers work and trying to make their actions look smart and tactical. It's more or less the opposite of a subversion, as it's bordering on being the most hardline shounen thing there is and if you don't like that you'll hate it.

god awful writing for le ebin geek brainlets, only caught a few episodes of the first season and jesus the plot twists were fuckin insufferable

BB is shit and Ozark is beyond shit
BB is at least better than most other shitty shows though
Try True Detective, The Wire, Deadwood, or Twin Peaks

You get the fun then. It's insane. But your welcome, man.
Oh ok, I might give it a shot to see what it's about but I dont have high hopes

>god awful writing for le ebin geek brainlets

This

Ozark is fucking terrible. It's the most vapid and vacant show over seen in years. I'd rather watch big bang theory

BB what shit
Try Nowhere Man from the mid 90's with Bruce Greenwood for some good tv

>both a BB/BCSchad and hunterchad
are you me?

Ozark starts out promisingly but is ruined by Laura Linney and an implausible convoluted story line. Mostly Laura Linney though, who is horrific.

Reddit: the post

Ozark is kino. Love both BrBa and BCS and have been more than satisfied with Ozark so far, although S2 has some cringy House of Cards bullshit
