Previously: What is found footage? Found footage consists of feature length movies, shorts, or webseries designed to have the look and feel of actual (non-fictional) filmed events that were lost and subsequently discovered and made available to the viewer. That is why it is the most creative subgenre ever to exist, with over 700 movies and counting!

HOW TO FIND FOUND FOOTAGE FILMS ONLINE: AN /FFG/ GUIDE
a) Download Sources from best (1) to worst (5)
1) Private Torrents (PTP, CG, and THC are the best for FF and THC is easy to join) 2) Private Usenet accounts (Get these from private torrents and private piracy forums) 3) Public Usenet (use Binsearch, get a free usenet account, slow but it works) 4) Public Torrents (use BTDB, torrentz2, zooqle, rarbg) 5) Public and private DDL (warez-bb, filehosts)
b) Streaming sites have quite a few. Type in google "[name of movie] 123movies"
c) Amazon Prime has a lot of them if you already have an account.
d) Ask /ffg/ for the ones you can't find using above methods. Remember to archive the rare ones for your fellow FF fans!
e) Here's a still-evolving pastebin of FF movies you can watch on Youtube. These are NOT recommendations! pastebin.com/HBBBdXPu
>Josh is working on a new movie which is probably unrelated to his previous one while Nigel is working on another rehash of his movies Based Josh winning
Charles Barnes
Does Halloween resurrection count as found footage, lads?
Christian Garcia
No.
Sebastian Bennett
I'm not sure, I haven't seen it but I guess it has some found footage style segments but it's definitely not pure FF. Also I don't think I've ever seen a found footage film with an 11% on Rotten Tomatoes before.
John Green
if it's not in the FFDB then it doesn't count
Xavier Cooper
nigel would be winning if only he released more boobegone episodes but yeah, another bad ben is lame
Purefu reminds me of those Japanese haunted area exploration TV shows where they'd always make the female assistant do the scary stuff like some ritual while locked in a dark room
David Ramirez
that shit with the magnet wristwatch is why i dont believe anything anymore. read the Demon Haunted World.
she definitely seemed like the most hesitant of the group. which coincidentally is why they choose those girls to do the scariest stuff
ive gotta go out tonight so i was trying to at least watch it while i had the time. also so i could discuss it cuz all i really remembered is Ethan from Lost was in it and a part of it reminded me of an Aphex Twin video. plus my copy is 380p.
i ended up just hanging out with my friend and his gf instead cuz i wasnt in the mood to drive 45 mins both ways.
i remember the title but i dont remember ever watching it. it looks pretty cool, ill watch this now. that theme song sounds like Alice in Chains but im pretty sure its not.
It's Voodoo by Godsmack, they're a pretty shit band but that one specific song is pretty fun.
Ayden Sullivan
now this pic I like cute goofy spooked faces
David Wood
nice, i shouldnt be too late. i always try to leave fairly early to make sure i can find a parking spot when i get home.
oh right! i knew that. it sounds like AiC because they started as a tribute band, hence their name. youtu.be/hmOSizEukP8 some of my favorite lyrics too.
it's a very short part they are unique but they have said that they draw inspiration from other bands at the drive in had a couple of tmv sounding tracks it's almost as if it was part of omar's plan all along
Connor Nelson
I like listening to rough sounding singers probably because I have a deep and rough voice
Juan Baker
You're making me wanna watch Gonjiam but I've already seen it twice and the last time was around the end of last year when it was the featured film.
Leo Russell
Grave Encounters 3: Tokyo Drift is pretty fun, I'll probably end up rewatching it with other people.
Dominic Stewart
sickman is dope
Brandon Williams
>it's almost as if why did I type that it sounds fukken gay lol I don't talk like that
Josiah Reyes
i don't think that i finished capping it. i can't rewatch it yet though. im pretty sure that was my third time already. i love that movie though so i dont wanna burn myself out on it. i have a tendency to do that a lot too.
>Grave Encounters 3: Tokyo Drift see picture related
i was gonna agree with you that it was part of their master plan to cut the dead weight and get jon theodore on board cuz he was what really put them over the top.
thats hilarious. it needs more longs.oyface ghosts.
>Holy shit tomorrow is March already Nice, I wonder what my local pizza place's special of the month will be.
Hudson Torres
I think he has the onions face but you can't see it clearly.
Lincoln Williams
yeah omar was the mastermind I still have so many if his solo albums and other projects of his to listen to I think I'm gonna check them this weekend I also have to watch his films
rooster is probably my favorite song by them. i also really like sludge factory on their self-titled album. that album came in a yellow-greenish colored jewel case which looked really cool.
i really should listen to some of them too cuz i love omar. ive only heard a couple of the albums though like cryptoamnesia and the one with the spanish title involving a bison. but it was a long time ago too when i was still getting fucked up so i barely remember them.
youre right, would is their best song. it always slips my mind until i get to the end of the album.
ill check it out but avant garde film is usually unironically too high IQ for me to really appreciate. maybe i just need to get really lit first, like moreso than usual.
The "anthropologist" guy in Jeruzalem is pissing me off because he's throwing out completely unrelated terms as if they're the same thing, do some basic fucking research before shoving this shit in your script.
Anything else specifically like Atticus Institute? Even if it’s not FF, looking for something else with the supernatural in a scientific/controlled environment.
Ethan Reyes
Sins committed by JeruZalem >anthropologist retardation >cleaning the camera lens with you fucking shirt >mouth sounds >main girl was kinda fugly >never got to see blonde's tits >calling your dad 'daddy' in your fucking 20s >some really shoddy aspects like bad CGI and blatant bear sounds >ebin camera glitches >jumpscare bait >longface monster >there's a demon now flying around with a google glass
Good works committed by JeruZalem >blonde was hot >makes jerusalem looks like a beautiful city >omar seemed pretty based >there's a demon now flying around with a google glass
Juan Ward
can't think of any, even non-FF but I'm sure there's a few out there
