Just watched Incredibles 2, it was pretty kino. Who was your favorite character?

This, if the movie had come out right after the 1st one it would've been fine but after a 14 year wait it was just underwhelming and forgetful.

all the new characters looked like shit were all lazy ass designs and felt like they were from a different movie all together. Did Brad Bird get hit on the head or something?? the dad stuff was fine and the basic premise with the mom becoming a superhero was a nice change from the first one.
just that the only good stuff was the stuff from first movie

seems like an obvious pun they just skipped out on...like every new character. Void..creates portals.
that looked cool but the costume and name was lazy as fuck.
given the Johnny Quest aesthetic Brad should have gotten Jackson Publick and Doc Hammer to come on and help punch up the script (just easy on sex and pop culture jokes)

Movie was shitty and forgettable

The action was pretty great and far better than the first one but in most other aspects it was inferior.

It felt like they hired two different writers with one working on Bob's arc and one working on the elastigirl arc. The dad segments had some pretty great gags but the main plot was stupid as fuck. The main villain had a shitty motive and unlikable personality, I bet she was written by a woman.

However it is all forgiven because they made elastigirl even thiccer than the previous movie, had a little chub the whole movie. Overall a solid 7/10

Incredibles was one of those movies that really shouldn't have had a sequel, and while it could have been passable Brad Bird phoned it in.
