Is this show any good? I'm a big Seinfeld fan but I hate Friends. I kinda remember Frasier being on TV when I was a kid but I don't remember much about it. Worth checking out?

It's good, but it's a more traditional sitcom comedy not like Seinfeld.

It's Kino. Not quite as good as Seinfeld but more rewatchable than Cheers. It's better than Friends but is more formulaic. Frasier and Niles are gods

Frasier and Seinfeld are my favorite shows.

Frasier as well as Becker are both better than Seinfeld. There, I said it.

Frasier is great, but you should watch it before the edgy vigilante reboot comes out. Also, Friends is for faggots and racemixers.

I think in its prime it was better than Seinfeld. More enjoyable. Seinfeld is great but never left me feeling too good about humanity

I could let you get away with Fraiser is better, but Becker? It was never good. It was okay. Average. Mediocre.
And it cost DS9 the real Dax.

Becker is the most depressing show of all time

I'm in my early 30s and this show was popular when I was a kid. Reruns would be on everyday. Kid me thought it was boring af. Kid me just wanted to watch whatever was on Fox. See it was on Netflix. Fuck it, I'll watch it as an adult. Realize why it was so popular. Longest TV series I've ever watched. One of the greatest shows I've ever seen. Maybe top 3. Absolute kino.

Becker was awesome.

I am old enough to have watched and enjoyed it when it originally aired. It has a major nostalgia factor since I watched it with my parents every week.

It's pretty great.

It did farce better than anyone. The episode where Frasier is outed, where Frasier and Niles think they're fighting over the same woman, or the ski lodge episode. Still holds up too.

If they hadnt ditched Reggie and had the budget they deserved they would have taken off in quality post season 6+. that show was criminally underrated. Not just funny but had a ton of character, and also hit the nail on the head on many issues we're having today back in 1998 (like feminism, political correctness, smoking indoors, the internet, tax cuts etc..)

You're right about Reggie, she was great. The replacement was alright but it just wasn't the same. That show was always on when I got home from school, it was good viewing. I always remember the episode where Margaret sings "It Could Happen to You", that was a special moment for a TV show to have.

You're following around one of the most cynical characters ever shown on television.
