niga i was literally thinking this. also, paradoxally enough, i think it's an interesting film. i had to be in the proper mood to see an arthouse movie and even then i was nodding off a few times while still managing to follow 80% of what was happening until the end where the value of it dawned on me, i started to really get the pieces together and get interested in watching it a second time. some movies benefit from this, i think: i close my eyes and just listen, periodically open my eyes to confirm that what i imagine matches what is going on, until i fall asleep properly only to wake up at moments that are crucial to me , and so on... like a participatory dance with the movie where you are also creating some of it, more or less consciously.
