Why does the saucer rotate and what effect does it have on the crew?
Why does the saucer rotate and what effect does it have on the crew?
If it rotated like a disk, wouldn't they all be walking on the circumference of the circle, ie. the walls?
It looks ridiculous. I guess they made that choice when the fidget spinner was a thing and they thought that it would be hip with the kids.
>why does the saucer rotate
Super speshul ship for super speshul crew
>what effect does it have on the crew
None, since its only the exterior that rotates. The windows stay stationary. All in all its completely retarded and unnecessary, just like the rest of STD.
>star track
>they don't track stars
why do you care? it's not canon
Should have zero effect. Star Trek tech has inertia dampers and artificial gravity.
Depending on how fast it rotates in reality, it doesn't necessarily have any effect at all.
how about you trying to get to the engine deck but the saucer keeps spinning you away from the elevators
God forbid there's a coolant leak.
