Okey, here it is again:
Movie is full of dramatization and "lies" like it was promised in the beginning of the film. Varg also talks lots of shit but here little list of stuff we know to be fake even without Vargs opinions from interviews other guys in the scene have given:
1. Euronymous wasn't quitting the scene.
2. Euronymous didn't care about Dead's suicide, it's BS Oysteins parents invented.
3. Girlfriend Euronymous has in the movie is invented character, she never existed.
4. Hellhammer, Necrobutcher etc. didn't give a shit about Euros death. They all were surprised but Faust was probably only one who got mad about it.
5. Varg was lying racist lunatic (still is) but he was nice to other people, he wasn't rude shouting dickhead as shown in movie.
6. Varg wasn't fat or vegetarian (these ones are lol).
7. Most of scenes were pure fiction, since no-one remembers detailed ways of how people met, what they did in the shop etc. Varg didn't meet Euronymous in restaurant, they were sending mail to each other and went to some concert for example.
8. Euronymous bragged that he had killed some polish guy through food poisoning (this is the only one I'm not 100% sure was it confirmed by others than Varg)
9. Varg was never "poser" as shown in the movie, it was used as narrative tool to bring more rift between Euronymous and Varg.
Details in the setting were pretty accurate though, like Euronymous having all the commie shit on his room and all those band shirts everyone was wearing.

I found it fun and entertaining even with how the movie seems to really look down on that group of teens and tries to deflate the, I guess, mystique and intrigue about them. The story starts to suffer when the director starts injecting things in the movie that are basically untrue (like Euronymous trying to get out of the scene, cut his hair, and lead a normal life with his cute girlfriend) to the point that it comes across like the director would rather create his own mythos about the events instead of trying to tell a truely sincere depiction of the Mayhem story. I think it was possible to tell a story that shows well how they just a bunch of edgy teens who took their shit too far in cringy way while sticking to what as actually known for sure to be true (based on the stories interviews, book ect).
