There's not a single good movie that exists. Don't waste your time and just leave this piece of shit board while you can.
don't listen to this snob
who made this?
this board is retarded and somehow manages to know much, much less about film than Yea Forums knows about music, which is astonishing and seems impossible at first glance. this is the capeshit and e-celebs board with a splash of racebaiting, m8. no patricians here.
I made this
knowing 10,000 sound cloud rappers doesn't make you knowledgeable about music.
>memes and mainstream blockbusters
i feel sick
It's mostly teen newfags that started coming recently that discuss soundcloud mumble rappers, but most oldfags are quite knowledgeable about many various genres of music and both their representatives and obscure gems.
post a better chart
I didn't say that it does, if you actually had the IQ to comprehend my post you'd understand that and actually get the point
just start with the great directors' filmographies
>Stanley Kubrick
>Alfred Hitchcock
>Christopher Nolan
>David Lean
>Francis Ford Coppola
>Paul Thomas Anderson
>Terrence Malick
>Steven Spielberg
>Martin Scorsese
>Ridley Scott
>David Fincher
>Denis Villeneuve
goose's movies
it looks like you just picked random movies to put on a list with no rhyme or reason.
watching a pre 60s film is the equivalent of listening to classical music in terms of accessibility and you're lying to me if more than 10% of Yea Forums can tell me the difference between purcell and haydn. And yeah there are Yea Forumscore charts with foreign music but outside of those Yea Forumskids don't actually explore foreign music or music outside their favored genre. And then there's the whole fact that a cd album is 40-60 minutes long and can be listened to doing anything while experiencing kino takes dedication. music is the most passive, entry level form of entertainment. deriving pride out of it is pathetic and your elitist attitude only reflects how pointless your life is.
This is all you need.
omg omg omg you have to see Drive and BR20149, they're pure KINO! And don't forget Bandersnatch! It's so deep and pushes the medium to unknown bounds! Oh oh oh! and also buy a Netflix subscription, they have some excellent BINGE WORTHY shows like Sabrina and Riverdale!!!! Pure kino! Maybe even Netflix and chill if you catch my meaning! haha. Oh and Infinity War is a feast for the eyes! Can't wait to see what happens next in the Cinematic Unirverse! Consider the Disney streaming service when it releases too!
Whatever you do, don't use qBitorrent or pirate films, they have viruses and Russian alt-right trolls use them...
>this is the capeshit and e-celebs board with a splash of racebaiting
this is sadly true
>and you're lying to me if more than 10% of Yea Forums can tell me the difference between purcell and haydn
I do agree that average Yea Forumstant has little knowledge of classical music. On the other hand, the /classical/ general tends to be very active and reach bump limit, so there's a collection of users who do appreciate and discuss classical. Still, just because someone doesn't know a lot about classical doesn't undervalue their vast knowledge of recorded music that came from 50's onward. The amount of knowledge some of these people have is stunning.
>but outside of those Yea Forumskids don't actually explore foreign music or music outside their favored genre.
Then explain how do threads like this one reach bump limit: rbt.asia
>And then there's the whole fact that a cd album is 40-60 minutes long and can be listened to doing anything while experiencing kino takes dedication
Not focusing yourself and dedicating to music you're listening at the moment is usually frowned upon and judged on Yea Forums. But even if you listen to music while doing something else, albums are usually relistened much more often than movies are rewatched. Therefore, people get a much clearer impression of the album.
>deriving pride out of it is pathetic and your elitist attitude only reflects how pointless your life is.
Wow, do you have some deeper issues, user? Why the insults when we replied to you in a civilized manner? Who's being elitist about music? Having a big knowledge of it isn't automatically elitist.
out of all the interest boards, Yea Forums has probably the most pleb mainstream taste outside of maybe Yea Forums
>Music is the most entry level form of entertainment
Hahaha what a load of shit. By capeshit numbers alone movies are obviously the entry level entertainment.
That's sad. Yea Forums in general is known for being contrarian and having obscure taste in everything.
>meanwhile Yea Forums discusses superhero movies, overblown netflix sitcoms, twitter feuds and celebrity gossips
tvs contrarianism consists of liking dc instead of marvel. its a pleb board
Unironically just watch Drive and Blade Runner 2049 and you're ready
It's because there are no good, obscure movies that come out at the same rate good, obscure music does. And when they do literally everyone talks about it so it isn't even obscure then.
yeah, and it's cheaper to record an independent, obscure album than it is for a movie
lmao
OP here. So should I follow that chart or not?
Simpson's episode with Sneed's Feed and Seed.
pop has far greater numbers
neither of these are Yea Forumscore. they don't have Maladoelesenza etc
the chart is completely random in quality
which are the bad movies I should avoid?
just started Repulsion after putting it off for a while, seeing it on this chart just got me.
excellent shit so far
END OF EVANGELION
that chart is honestly too broad to even fix just ignore it completely and google some all-time lists
The Plane Scene
Blade Runner 2049
Problem Child 2
The Simpsons S11 E5 "E-I-E-I-(Annoyed Grunt)"
Drive
these are the 5 greatest cinematic masterpieces of all time
