loses to a guy lip syncing while wearing a fake mustache in a film directed by a pedo
>directs, produces, writes own songs, sings own songs
he didn't write the songs
people like this had to sell some part of their soul to some part of the universe for their life to be the way it is
too bad the jew keeps snubbing him
A Star is Born was surprisingly awesome. It was advertised as a shitty romance with country music, but it was really surprise drunk kino.
extremely accurate
as an alcoholic, the movie very accurately depicts how his alcoholism is a product of his disgust with everyone else *and* himself, and that he keeps relapsing whenever someone else lets him down. Also that he was suicidal since childhood, and that there was no possibility for a happy ending for him. The movie may be "about" Gaga's character, but he's the actual main character, and the only one who genuinely suffers.
he produced american sniper didnt he? that one was pretty shit and everyone outside america laughs at how comically patronizing and cheesy it is
>love will prevail, you can overcome this
>lol kill yourself and she will be better fag
>ok killin ma'self
did i miss something? that ending was not touching at all. some conversations were pretty well done and acted tho.
well to be fair, Cooper's ASIB is like, the third time that movie has been remade
BR was a load of crap but it was at least an original load of crap
The Judy Garland and James Mason one is far superior. This one however was much better than that barbara streisand and kris kristofferson piece of shit.
It's a cool movie with good music and acting, but there's not really any nuances for a movie being remade a fourth time. Dave Chappelle brought nothing to the movie. Andrew Dice Clay was actually pretty good.
things weren't going to get better for them as a couple and he knew it
he was too miserable not to relapse, and she was too shallow for him to truly respect
there was never any chance for Bradley's character to be happy, he was fucked since birth.
that said, the manager character basically committed murder
>biopic
>original
you may need to take English again, user.
you are not wrong but for me the moral of the story remains "alcoholics are a burden, will not get better and they are better killing themselves lmao" is just weird to me that no uproar was caused by the movie given how snoflakey the current industry is
>original
>literally portraying real life events and copying wordrobe and appearances
Fuck off... the premise of the ASIB story is the same but the dialogue, songs and performances were completely original
well, the reverse is also just as true: normies provide no help or relief for them, and are so worthless that they are often the reason addicts turn to substance abuse in the first place
and most people didn't bother thinking about the movie past "these songs are catchy and also I feel sad"
>people like this had to sell some part of their soul to some part of the universe for their life to be the way it is
I might agree with you if he hadn't been a nobody until he was 30.
bradley did a better job becoming jackson than rami did freddie. It was complete bullshit he didn't win
I think he just negotiated a producer credit, pretty sure Eastwood did all of the legwork there.
I'm 35 and I will never move past nobody status
not sure what your argument is
Cooper is based af and majority of hollywood knows this and expect him to keep being based
they felt sorry for malick and gave him a pity oscar desu
not with that attitude you wont. but for real there are plenty of examples of people who found success later in life. If you give up tho and keep bitching than you have no one to blame but yourself.
I blame you
Don't see how that's relevant, people have been bigger stars than he will ever be by the time they hit 20.
it's called "acting" for a reason sweatheart
have another drink
this is the stupidest debate I have ever been part of on this site
if you argue with a retard, then you are a retard
you're a huge retard
cheers, faggot
choors, feggat
He didn't play a gay or sexually questionable character in his movie.
>others are the cause of my addiction
Fuck off. You have the sole responsibility for your behaviour . Don't use other people's doings to justify your shitty choices.
other people are horrible garbage
being around them makes me unhappy
I drink to be less miserable
conclusion: fuck you
How about acknowledging that you are garbage and should grow the fuck up, take control of your life and fix your shit instead?
I'll acknowledge that *you* are garbage, happily
