that's all of youtube ever since they figured out the 10 min ad revenue thing, they all repeat the same thing 5 times then promote their other video where they did the same.
he's literally abusing youtube's ad-revenue system. it's why all of his videos are at least 10 minutes in length. if you really want a good laugh look at the outro for all his videos and how he uses it to pad out time if he doesn't feel like extending a point for more than 10 minutes.
