That could be true, almost. Bryan Fuller was fried way before S1 began, so while he’s responsible for the Klingon war concept, the shittiness of S1 is due Gretchen and Aaron, who got fired in S2 due to being abusive to staff. Kurtzmann is reversing their shit.
