Watching it, it's vintage Partridge

Worst Partridge TV show to date I'd say.

Not enjoying this

Not very funny.

Qt presenter girl though.

Just feels so cheap, did Coogan take most of the budget?

crap
>Cheers for the cheap chops!

Sucks balls. Also, sad he's still on the BBC gravy train. BBC sucks balls too.

Fucking crying shame, loved basically everything that came before it as well but this really was awful. Even Anglian Lives was way better than this.

How the fuck was this show so bad? Partridge is usually good, even shit like Anglian Lives and Mid Morning Matters. How did anybody think that was fit to broadcast?

Mid Morning Matters was pretty shit in fairness.

How bad is it? Does it miss the Iannucci factor?

Nowhere near as bad as that though.

Coogan has forgotten how to play Partridge desu

boring, gave up after 15 minutes

How are people actually praising this?

I'm genuinely unsure. I don't think a single part of it was very good. I liked Sidekick Simon being incompetent but we've seen that joke before, and it's going to get served up a lot more over the next episodes I'm sure.

Genuinely aint got a loicence av I

Partridge only works in his era and setting and those are way past gone now unfortunately. It's a shame though because Coogan is genuinely great actor and sketch artist.

Honestly S1 of I'm Alan Partridge is one of the most perfect comedy series ever and can never be topped.

It was good. I remember not really getting I'm Alan Partridge when it first came out, but it's classic now. Partridge always gets better with time.

i loved this episode
whats wrong with you retards

It is usually at least funny to me on first viewing and it just wasn't

It felt really slow and didn't really have enough guests for it to be a proper parody of The One Show

Yeah it felt pretty bare.

mid morning matters was brilliant though, much funnier than this time

The bit with the hand washing scientist was the highlight.

Boring.

The lift scene at the end and the hand washing video were the closest it got to classic partridge. The rest felt like a completely different character/show

The Clunt/Fluck got me, worth it for that.

Trying to watch all of the old TV Alan Partridges in the order they were released, is this the only place I'll be able to watch Knowing Me Knowing You?

Can't find any torrents, and it's not licensed on Netflix in my area.

What did everyone think of alpha papa?

There's something off about HD, anyone else feel the same?

What’s the particular partridge viewing order if there is one? I’ve just finished the first 2 series? I’m Alan partridge.

why no torrents yet?

I don't know if there's an "order", but I always just watch things in release order.

I've only watched The Day Today which was great, though not focused on Partridge.

It's the 1 show, of course it's boring

Better call Saul

The Day Today>Knowing Me, Knowing You>I'm Alan Partridge>Anglian Lives>Mid Morning Matters>Alpha Papa>Welcome to the Places of My Life>Alan Partridge on Open Books with Martin Bryce>Alan Partridge's Scissored Isle>This pile of shite if you feel like it
The Day Today is pretty optional because it's not exclusively about Alan but it is his debut. You won't be missing too much if you start with KMKY though as the character changed a bit in that transition.

James Buckley told us the first two episodes were good.
