Season 3 Episode 12 is the true pleb filter edition.
/tpg/ - Twin Peaks General #6
This. Straight kino. Expectations lynched
Shelly was so fucking hot in season 3. I just finished rewatching it (with s1, s2 and Fire Walk With Me prior) and man, I couldn't stop myself from thinking that in all her scenes.
>true pleb filler edition.

can you imagine working at a diner in your hs town for 25 years
Through the darkness of future's past,
The magician longs to see.
One chants out between two worlds...
"Fire... walk with me."
Season 3 was utter trash. It was constantly in flux between trying to prove how avant garde it was and just cycling back to old characters to say, "See? Look! They're still here!" Half of the season was wasted catching up with characters who don't do anything, and the other half was on artsy bullshit that has no inherent meaning. Cooper is the best character and he's only in the show for the last 2 or 3 episodes.
The season 2 finale is the true Twin Peaks kino.
Audrey is still hot.

Nobody asked for 20+ minutes of Nadine watching the psychologist shill his golden shovels over 20 episodes.
You clearly never understood what Twin Peaks was about.

Don't say that shit, it just makes people hate you and the fandom
Lynch is known for his weird shit and I can understand why you would think he was just trying to be weird for weird's sake. And seeing as he had full control over a television series he got to do what he wanted. It did feel like they did just cycle back to old characters for nostalgia but in a weird way it sorta all comes together in the end? I kinda liked the more slow down slice of life stuff. And it was disapointing how Cooper got shafted, I didn't expect much of him and that was ok but the show didn't need to tease me about when he is going to come back or not only for him to appear in so little.
I can understand why you won't consider this a Twin peaks season. After 25 years (which to be fair they did call that out) and how different everything is it is fair to say that also. If a certain thing I liked took forever and/or was completely different I might not consider it "canon" also. I myself liked season three but I prefer the other two but it does have its moments.
she's using you bobe
>that laura dance
this mf is cool
this black satin is wasted on frank silva
he actually looks like a half evolved monkey
Imagine him playing Chris Redfield in a 90's Residen't Evil film adaptation.

WALDO
Laura! Laura!
After FWWM, Cooper is 100% chasing his own demons (in the image of Laura Palmer). Laura herself is absolved and redeemed.
legit scarier than the woodsmen
The Return is The Last Jedi of Twin Peaks
Said this out loud right when the episode ended. Completely true.
