Conky was a part of Bubbles that I think could never ever have come out without it being an entirely different person. Although bubbles loves Ricky and Julian like brothers, I think he is able to describe his negative views through conky, especially fucking with Ricky for his inherent stupidity. I don't think Bubbles means too, but whilst bubbles is fairly smart, he is still a fractured orphan who is emotionally damaged and looking for love i.e collecting multiple kitties, trying to adopt the mountain lion steve french and of course the various puppets.
