I find now if I stop running I start becoming insane. I run at least 6 miles 2 times a week and even that is not enough, but work gets in the way. I am very addictive personality, this helps me hammer away my impulsive bursts. I try for at least 4, 5-6 mile runs a week. And I'm starting to lift weights because I'm skelly.

What is the point of being comfortable? I binge when I am too comfortable because I don't like it. so the other way I can go is into extreme exercise, which makes me calm afterward

this was unironically the album that got me to appreciate death metal. i know it's pornogrind, but it made me realize how less shitty death metal is. death metal still is boring as a genre and i feel 99% of modern bands are just boring copies of bands that were boring 30 years ago
