Arthur was such a tragic character. I played him as a good guy to experience as much of the world/story as possible. For him to just die like that crushed me. I'll never forget that line he told Sadie:

She was such a good character. Reminded me of Sadie but she wasn't a hardened bad ass off the bat like Sadie was. I did her missions pretty close together because I liked her so much.
If you teach her to shoot she eventually invites you in for supper, but Arthur has tb cough attack and passes out. She puts him in her bed then he wakes up with a letter saying take my jewelry you've been so kind to me, but otherwise the house is empty.
You can come back later and she's on her porch and she'll say hi to you. She's got crops in her garden and seems ok

I finished all the side missions as Arthur. You can "explore" blackwater, find new gangs, animals, a couple of bounties, but that's it. Seems a bit of a waste. At least put some story missions there.
