Why do so many people subscribe to Netflix? They don't even have any good old movies or shows and all the original programming is easily available for free.

Most people actually have fulfilling social lives so they don't give a shit about old movies and just want to have easy access to fun stuff to watch with their friends or partner.

The vast majority of people don't really care that much what they are watching or not, it's all just timewasting """entertainment""" fluff for them. You just sit infront of your TV, click on whatever looks or sounds semi-good and that's it. Your entire opinion on it comes down to "it's good" or "eh it's whatever".

it's not that they like bad things. it's that they don't genuinely like ANYTHING. Everything external to a normalfag are like extras or props in a set.

Every actualy legitimate films is then labeled as "weird" is because it penetrates this window pane of background noise and takes centre stage, making them incredibly uncomfortable. And even if they profess adulation for or fandom for something it will always be for an ulterior motive.

most tv is dogshit, on any network, netflix isn't unique in this. just has the convenience over traditional tv because you don't have to stick to it's schedule and get hit with ad breaks.

I only do it so I can stream 1080p content with the few decent movies they have. The Netflix original stuff is pure cancer and I thumbs down most of them.

It takes a while before you realize there is actually fuck all to watch to mandate paying for such service.
If you go to action movies sections and indian movies start to pop up in the fifth row already, you'll realize that you have done goofed.
There are some cool documentaries, like Chef's Table, but i have unsubscribbed when they did an episode with illegal alien. If they wanna support blatant breaking of US federal law and throw around their bolshevik newspeak like 'undocumented citizen' then without my money, even though I am not American.

It's easier for a person to pay a few dollars a month to get Netflix content is, than it is to pirate it. I get paid about $25/hour after tax. My time is LITERALLY worth more than the effort it takes to search for, download and play torrents

I don't really watch TV and have no idea what's good. Everything my normie friends recommended or that I randomly picked up because it was popular was boring. Don't get me started on best of netflix lists I found on the web.
Only thing I somewhat liked was Star Trek, but I dislike the episodic nature. I'd rather have a coherent narrative.

You don't need no infographic, literally a handful of TV shows are good and the rest are complete garbage. You can take like a month or two of your life and you'll see all the worthile TV shows and that's it.
