Why do so many people subscribe to Netflix? They don't even have any good old movies or shows and all the original programming is easily available for free.
Why do so many people subscribe to Netflix...
t. faget
Most people actually have fulfilling social lives so they don't give a shit about old movies and just want to have easy access to fun stuff to watch with their friends or partner.
Because it's accessible, that's literally it.
The vast majority of people don't really care that much what they are watching or not, it's all just timewasting """entertainment""" fluff for them. You just sit infront of your TV, click on whatever looks or sounds semi-good and that's it. Your entire opinion on it comes down to "it's good" or "eh it's whatever".
Because normalfags see films and music as mere background noise to their soap opera lives.
it's not that they like bad things. it's that they don't genuinely like ANYTHING. Everything external to a normalfag are like extras or props in a set.
Every actualy legitimate films is then labeled as "weird" is because it penetrates this window pane of background noise and takes centre stage, making them incredibly uncomfortable. And even if they profess adulation for or fandom for something it will always be for an ulterior motive.
most tv is dogshit, on any network, netflix isn't unique in this. just has the convenience over traditional tv because you don't have to stick to it's schedule and get hit with ad breaks.
normalfags truly are helpless NPCs
You can say the same about cable, it's just something people have and pay for I guess because it gives then something to spend some of their time with
The thing is they're exactly that, they're normal.
You are defective.
I would rather be defective than to mindlessly consume products like Black Panther or David Guetta songs.
Why do so many people hate Netflix? They have a lot of good old movies and shows and all the original programming is easily available and worth the price.
The Mummy with based Brendan is on Netflix right now. So is Stargate. Fuck off faggot.

Terrible selection, terrible streaming bitrate quality even on the supposed "Ultra HD" option and ads.

Two false statements in your post
they do have SOME good movies and tv
and watching them on Netflix IS easier than obtaining them by any other means
I agree OP. Netflix is fucking awful; there's perhaps .0001% of actual worthwhile content. Lately, its been especially terrible...I can't remember the last time I watched a decent original series or film...
/thread.
Could not be a more spot the fuck on post.
I’ve been spending some days with my family (they live abroad) and they’ll spend close to an hour mindlessly browsing stuff to watch, then they decide on something, watch 30 minutes and quit the movie/series. Just NPC things
there is only garbage on muttflix
no idea why morons pay for this shit, is probably right.
this is so true, i am so superior to people with social lives and meaningful relationships just like you user
Not all people with social lives and meaningful relationships consume garbage products as their "entertainment".
meaningful relationship? when's the last time you looked at divorce rates?
>only normalfags can have social lives
im tired of these reddit tier opinions
how can i stream content to my phone otherwise? literally the only reason i use netflix
theres plenty to watch, and most people have a shared account between family or friends so the cost is basically negligible.
>and watching them on Netflix IS easier than obtaining them by any other means
Except, you know, you have to pay to watch them. Unlike torrenting where you can get the same selection with the same quality for free.
My brother pays for it and I use it to watch Star Trek
do they have enough content for that percentage to make sense?
>Not all people with social lives and meaningful relationships
Correct, but all people with the "normies reee" type opinions do not have meaningful relationships or social lives.
Monkey see, monkey do
Also npc programming routines
I only do it so I can stream 1080p content with the few decent movies they have. The Netflix original stuff is pure cancer and I thumbs down most of them.
>I consume copious amounts of children's films
>I am programmed by my digital box
>I am normal
It takes a while before you realize there is actually fuck all to watch to mandate paying for such service.
If you go to action movies sections and indian movies start to pop up in the fifth row already, you'll realize that you have done goofed.
There are some cool documentaries, like Chef's Table, but i have unsubscribbed when they did an episode with illegal alien. If they wanna support blatant breaking of US federal law and throw around their bolshevik newspeak like 'undocumented citizen' then without my money, even though I am not American.
It's easier for a person to pay a few dollars a month to get Netflix content is, than it is to pirate it. I get paid about $25/hour after tax. My time is LITERALLY worth more than the effort it takes to search for, download and play torrents
Is there a Yea Forums infographic on worthwhile shows on Netflix?
I don't really watch TV and have no idea what's good. Everything my normie friends recommended or that I randomly picked up because it was popular was boring. Don't get me started on best of netflix lists I found on the web.
Only thing I somewhat liked was Star Trek, but I dislike the episodic nature. I'd rather have a coherent narrative.
You don't need no infographic, literally a handful of TV shows are good and the rest are complete garbage. You can take like a month or two of your life and you'll see all the worthile TV shows and that's it.
