It's surprisingly not as terrible as I was expecting, the animal costumes don't look nearly as retarded as the ones people wear during those conventions and shit. It starts off fucking hilarious just from shock value, gets boring in the middle, then ends on some mid-tier keikaku reveals.
I'd say it's still worth watching though because it's short and the beginning and ending are funny enough to carry it
