Don’t worry about messin* up the first paint job, everyone’s first 100 or so modelslook like garbage but it only takes learning 3 or 4 basic techniques to get decently good (shading, highlighting etc)

The current Empire has lost most of its manifacturing power and sees AI as abominable. Their FTL travel method is unreliable at best, catastrophic at worst. They are inefficient and corrupt. They are swamped in bureaucracy.

A SINGLE Culture transport ship builds hundreds of thousands of attack corvettes and singlehandledly defeats another post scarcity empire in one of the books. In the same book, a battle between a couple dozen rogue culture ships and a single loyal one are described in an entire chapter, but it only lasts a couple microseconds. The Culture AIs have literal black holes in their brain to store their computational power.

You tell me who's stronger.

If you put a single Culture GSV in WH40K's universe it would conquer the entirety of it in a year tops. It would teach Tyranids the real meaning of repurposing material.

Anything Slaneesh can do, any individual in the culture can do ten times better and with none of the pain.

Same thing for Nurgle, rot and oxydation do not affect the superdense superstring-based materials the minds or their ships are made of. And again, the Culture has the antidote for everything, they have completely unraveled the mysteries of DNA to the point where they can uplift other species or even turn their own bodies into those of completely different aliens (appens to an ambassador in Book 2 because he fell in love with the culture of the world he was visiting).

Khorne is the opposite of rational thinking, the only thing he could offer the minds is someone to feel disgust for.

The only one who could do anything is probably Tzeentch, but even then the minds' computational power has already been shown to be strong enough that they can basically predict the future with some degree of precision thousands of years in advance.
