no, there's plenty that hold important/well paying positions, but very few who "earned it" (as in studied hard and got better grades than all the other candidates or worked harder and it was obvious to everybody they deserve the job), 99% of the time if they show up and meet the bare minimum requirements, and a black is who they are looking for to fill this position, they're just handed it. Most really don't compete for the jobs they get, and that's good for them because 99% of the time somebody better is available.
