Theres more to this than youre letting on. They dont just evict for no reason if you are on time with payments. They are either asking everyone to move out because the building has been sold or doing a remodel and overhauling so they can charge more rent. Or you are a nuisance tennant bothering the neighbors, treating the rental like shit, engaging in questionable behaviors. In which case thats your fault. At least they are giving you a couple months notice if you end up homeless its your own fault
