So why did he love his daughter so much, but not give a flying fuck about his son?

So why did he love his daughter so much, but not give a flying fuck about his son?

Because she performed sexual favours for him

his son was transitioning

that'd be gay tbht

He never said goodbye to her

Well murph... theres a reason they call it cunny and not sonny...

because his son knew he loved him, it didn’t need to be said repeatedly, the son knew his expectations
it’s how I know you’re a woman

He could sense that the son was going to die and become irrelevant and that Murph was the only one smart enough to figure shit out.

>why did he treat his son and daughter the way every single father ever treats his son and daughter

>coop you can't use the black hole to go back in time and fuck your daughter, it's impossible
>no... It's necessary

Why did Coop give up on raising his daughter and leave for space? Well just think about it logically.

I don't get why dads get so attached to their daughters and let everything slide and let them slut around and be useless while the son has to jump through a million hoops and never earn the same respect

his son was a low IQ waste of space.

he knew she’d turn into Jessica Chastain

because having a daughter is the ultimate and final cuck

>TARS, raise pipe weed to 80% strength

What else did you expect from a guy named Cooper Cooper

He wasn't a logical thinker

If you give your sons too much attention they become entitled millennial snowflakes and manchildren.

his son didn't need the extra love, he knew he wouldn't throw a fit
perhaps he was wrong

Dads unironically want to fuck their daughters and daughters unironically want to fuck their dads
Sorry you had to learn this way user

>TARS, it's time to think logically, dial it up to 100%

Where can I get that jacket?

dtc

is there something you want to get off your chest, user?

Carhartt Men's Weathered Duck Detroit Jacket

Because Nolan is autistic as fuck and Interstellar was in reaction to people labelling him as cold and unemotional. So he made this movie, proving once and for all that he’s cold and unemotional and has zero understanding of love and affection.

I hate this actor, but generally speaking, you need to spend as much time as possible with your daughter before she goes into puberty. Then she will hate the living shit out of you because she wants to find a mate. Clearly, a father is not a mate. The father in Interstellar didn't care too much about his son because his son was older and seemed to know how to run the farm. Plus, he had that old bald actor who plays the mentally ill characters.

ask my dad :(

Thanks.

he just had a more close relationship with her; I'm an only child so I can't say but I'm almost sure this happens with parents and siblings

damn, I mean closer

>Interstellar up untill the Black Hole entrance: pretty damn kino
>Insterstellar after Cooper enters Black Hole: literal garbage
Any other movie which quality changes in such a drastic way?

scifi movies going batshit crazy the last 15mins is pretty common ever since the space baby in 2001

Because he's a man. You can't understand it.

Allow me a moment to think about it logically.

Space kid was at least interesting as a bizzare, out-of-this-world experience, but Interstellar's ending was absolutely horrid with how plainly stupid it was. The whole bookshelf scene was just insulting.

woah I like that butt

oh my

swallow your puke and die

other way around actually.

I don't understand why the son had to grow up into a massive asshole just for drama. He could just as easily have been a supportive but cynical member of the family who didn't have their attraction to science but still doing his best.

I mean shit, the little fire that happens in the cornfield at the end could as easily have been a product of a dying biosphere, and he could have gone out to fight it and buy time for Jessica Chastain to do her work inside.

I'm honestly confused by the decision to make him antagonistic. It detracted from the film.
