I think the ideal Bloodborne movie or television would be set before the game. It'd be about a young Healing Church priest and it'd have minimal action. I'd play it totally straight as a show about faith, religion and priesthood and the responsibility that comes with it. Only that the church is a cult of mad scientists who worship eldritch abominations and engage in gruesome experiments.
