So why was number 5 there to kill JFK if Lee Harvey Oswald was already capable of doing it?

Maybe he was going to kill Oswald. Or he’s the fabled “second shooter”
So is a Luther a werewolf?
this shit was so bad
>Or he’s the fabled “second shooter”
That's exactly what he was supposed to be, but my point is why have a second when Oswald was clearly good enough on his own.
More like part gorilla I think
Maybe Oswald had a chance to make the wrong choice.
I finished this yesterday and I liked it. Vanya is a retarded bitch though.
Vanya cute and I want forehead posting to stop
Only on episode 5 so far, can't really blame vanya for how she is or the choices she makes. Maybe she makes some dumb decisions later tho.
to fuel conspiracy theories that would play an integral part in preserving the timeline later on
Ben's coming back?
I'm assuming he wasn't and was there to kill Oswald. He kinda bailed on the mission.
The real question is why it's not weird at all that #1 and Allison have a romantic thing going. I mean they are brother and sister. Just because you're adopted doesn't mean it's not fucking weird.
I enjoyed the show. Didn't think I would make it through the first episode but throughly enjoyed the entire season.
Netflix apparently doesn't need marvel shit.
this is actually the story of the second arc of Umbrella Academy, five has to go back and finish the job
>The real question is why it's not weird at all that #1 and Allison have a romantic thing going
It's implied and at least mentioned by vanya that they werent treated as brothers and sisters by Hargreaves, just as kids. That said, yeah it's still kinda weird.
I have the impression the Temps perform a "Time Squad" duty. When someone in the past makes a decision that deviates from what already happened, they send in correctors.
In the comics, Allison uses her powers on #1 to make him fuck her. Of course, since Netflix cast a black wamen, that won't be the case on-screen.
>The real question is why it's not weird at all that #1 and Allison have a romantic thing going. I mean they are brother and sister.
The inherent disgust people have against sibling fucking is really weird to me. I definitely understand when you are actually related but they aren't at all. They are basically just close childhood friends. Not only that, it's not like they were raised in a normal loving family. Their father wasn't a father at all, basically only one in name. They had no interaction with other people in their lives so the only young romantic interests they had were each other. And lastly, they don't even look alike so that biological factor doesn't come into play either.
What is so wrong about the relationship at that point and given that context?
Is it related to Resident Evil?
I dont see that is weird at all
they are growing up together and develop feelings for each other
see it more like the kid next door
>Allison uses her powers on #1 to make him fuck her.
In the comics his body was replaced with a martian apes or somethings.
In the show he just gets chimp'd out.
I would still fuck him
In the show he seems more like a hairy dude with weird proportions to his muscles.
haha gorillas have huge balls irl haha
some random girl did
monkey arms and chest is not so bad
Rumor in the comics is basically just a huge fucking asshole
Dude.
I mean her power is making someone do what she wants
fucking understandable
I don't understand how she got so benevolent in the Netflix adaptation
>The inherent disgust people have against sibling fucking is really weird to me
there is nothing wrong with step-sibling love
It's not like black women can't be evil in TV these days, Maria Dillard was a fucking monster in Luke Cage. Some writer probably just made Rumor her self insert.
>literally made her daughter love her.
I don't know if her powers expire but if not that's fucking creepy. We also don't know if she used them on Luther in the past.
>obnoxious songs 3x an episode
Why did they do this? To try and pad out the episodes?
That's actually far more disturbing to me but that's mostly because I can't handle body horror. Does Allison fuck him after the transplantation?
>obnoxious
Shit taste.
is this show good
Yes, but it deviates from the comic. It can also be a bit slow in the beginning. Like some user said;
/10 for being "umbrella academy", 8/10 as "some show".
Yes
