The movies? 1 and 2 are good, the other ones not that much...
anyone else into early 00's video game franchise comfyness?
doom is pretty good, house of the dead movie use in game footage from the arcade game which is fucking dumb
Silent Hill is so god damn comfy
I own 1, 2, 3, CV, 0, 4, 5, 6, 7, remake, RE2make, Rev 1, and rev 2. Max comfy. RE2make is very good, but I really wish there was a mode where killing the zombies was as rewarding as it was in 4, 5, and 6. Those games weren't nearly as comfy, but goddamn did they make killing zombies fun.
Total absudity. Same reason the Star Wars prequels are comfy
Yes! i love the score as well!
youtube.com
(not me btw i'm a better pianist lol)
comfy
Claire is CUTE!
RE:2 has me so torn. As a remake it's shit, but as its own game, it's great. The movies are total fucking trash, I wish Japan would stop trying to copy them. The clean Umbrella CORP nest lab is straight out Paul Anderson's garbage.
Gotta disagree. A shit, rusted lab where they make both legal and illegal medicine is dumb as shit. Making it clean and modern is smart.
This along with trying their hardest to copy shitty western games like last of us.
You're a fucking retard.
>You're a fucking retard.
I suppose a logical and correct point of view is retarded to someone as smart as you appear to be.
The best episode of SPACED is all about Resident Evil 2.
Based people making it.
I haven't played the remake yet bc I refuse to pay $60 for a remake but I hear it's pretty good.
>31 KB JPGThe best episode of SPACED is all about Resident Evil 2
100% CORRECT!!!FACT!!!
flat AND based, nice
yea it makes sense but nothing compares to the lab underneath the mansion from REmake1 in terms of overall spookyness. it's amazing how a gamecube game from 2002 still holds up today.
Probably the best example I can think of for a "current" sci-fi setting. Cheese and camp aside they nailed the haunted house and industrial sort of feel in the early games, just the rooms on their own have a lot of character to them. Everything works together on a level a lot of newer series don't.
Is this remake any good? What if I loved RE2 but have hated most gaming for about 5 years?
capcom made hundreds of millions off the franchise vidya
so they probably didn't need to get hollywood bux and their meddling involved initially
and just wanted to make a movie to tell an improved/movie style version of the games story
Depends on what you hate about current gaymen. The game itself is well paced and a lot of fun to play, fairly similar to a slower RE4 in most regards, but the new story portions are hackey and filled with cussing and other flat emotional tugs emulating shitty HBO type shows and other over the shoulder Sony games. A lot of smaller bits are skipped too, I'm not even sure the story would make much sense to anyone that hasn't already played the original.
Yes, it's a great game, So few games these days put replayabilty in mind unlike re2
RE1 and Remake are the best in the series.
U guys r my best frends
Rebecca's movie, Vendetta is the best one
seriously though, why does it take a dozen bullets to the face to kill a RE2 zombie
not me
Fully agree on the spookiness of the shitlab in REmake. Fuck that place, almost quite the game when I got there.
yes u are u dum libtard bich shut
YES IT'S COMFY, BUT IF YOU WANT IT TO STAY THAT WAY THEN YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO PUT A BABY INSIDE MY SISTER LEON, SHE'S WAITING OUT IN THE CAR
Who will play Claire in the inevitable adaptation?
this girl
I havent even finished leons story. Im scared
bump
what a dumb fucking question
Out of all the things the movies got wrong, Nemesis hurts the most.
