A lot of doctors have no compassion whatsoever and are simply chasing numbers and getting insurance companies/their chair of the hospital off their ass. What compassion most doctors have is ground out through residency. Those who keep that love and passion despite the repeated assault of bureaucracy on their practice are truly angels.
